Nous recherchons un analyste de la documentation Système de Management de la Qualité (SMQ) (h/f) pour rejoindre l'équipe Assurance Qualité basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada), où vous coordonnerez, définirez et autorisez les projets majeurs de changement et d'amélioration continue concernant la documentation et les processus. Vous ferez partie de l’équipe SMQ Assurance Qualité chargée de gérer la documentation et les processus réglementaires et non réglementaires du SMQ, coordonner et gérer le processus de modification des documents, s’assurer de la cohérence du SMQ, et assurer le respect de la documentation aux réglementations dans toute l'entreprise. Votre rôle en tant qu’analyste de la documentation SMQ sera de soutenir activement les équipes multifonctionnelles dans leur amélioration continue des processus opérationnels, mener des analyses liées aux causes d'inefficacité, aux risques et aux impacts des changements, et gérer et maintenir les objectifs, les intentions et l'intégrité de la documentation tout au long de son cycle de vie. Vos défis: Gérer des projets d'amélioration et d'intégration de processus multifonctions (cycle de vie de la gestion de projet); Analyser les causes d'inefficacité et/ou de défaillance des processus, les risques opérationnels et leurs impacts potentiels; Effectuer des aller-voir pour comprendre la situation; Travailler avec une équipe multifonctionnelle pour élaborer et tester des solutions d’amélioration de processus et leurs plans de contrôle potentiels; Faire des recommandations et renforcer les exigences issues de différentes sources afin de contribuer à la prise de décision; Faciliter la cartographie des processus, la rédaction des documents, ainsi que la planification et l'exécution de la gestion du changement; Gérer les flux d'autorisation et la publication de la documentation; Assurer la qualité du travail réalisé sur l'ensemble des projets. Profil Votre profil: Vous avez un minimum de 3 ans d'expérience en gestion documentaire Vous maîtrisez la cartographie et la rédaction de processus; Vous êtes compétent en amélioration continue; Vous êtes habile à communiquer à tous les niveaux de l'organisation et des fonctions; Vous démontrez de fortes capacités de pensée rationnelle (formelle ou informelle); Vous êtes autonome et démontrez de fortes compétences en leadership; Vous avez un fort esprit d'équipe; Vous faites preuve d'innovation et de vision; Vous démontrez de solides compétences en matière de prise de décision; Vous êtes habile à influencer et à mobiliser les autres; Vous possédez une expérience dans la méthodologie et les outils de résolution de problèmes; Vous êtes bilingue (français et anglais) écrit et parlé; Vous êtes compétent en gestion de projet et en gestion du changement; Connaissances en aeronautique (atout) Connaissances de la suite Google
