Vous avez une expérience en gestion de projet de développement avion, vous avez travaillé l’aéronautique et vous souhaitez évoluer et développer de nouvelles compétences? Ce poste est pour vous ! Relevant directement du Chef de section, le PMBP supporte l’IPT (Integrated Product Team)/PDT (Product Development Team) leader au travers de l’application de procédés, méthodes et outils de gestion de projet améliorés. Dans vos fonctions, vous serez appelé à : Être le partenaire stratégique du chef de l’IPT/PDT (Integrated Product Team/Product Development team) dans sa responsabilité en termes de Temps, Coût, Qualité et Performance des projets. Assurer une bonne prise de décision en lien avec les besoins opérationnels et escalader les problèmes au besoin. Développer, harmoniser et mettre à jour la feuille de route en support au plan d’évolution du produit (PEP). Assurer la coordination avec tous les intervenants et suivre les interdépendances au sein ou à l’extérieur des IPT/PDT. Intégrer et analyser les données financières, les données de planification, de qualité et de performance des Modifications Majeures afin de fournir des analyses pertinentes et transparentes sur l’avancée des projets. Gérer les risques et opportunités (identification, catégorisation, plan de recouvrement…). Utiliser les outils et méthodologies de gestion de projet spécifiques afin de sécuriser une exécution optimale. Mettre en place et gérer la gouvernance des IPT/PDT en assurant une communication efficace. Créer des synergies au sein de la communauté de Gestion de Projet en partageant l’expérience et les bonnes pratiques. Profil En tant que candidat idéal : Vous détenez un baccalauréat en Gestion de projet/ingénierie ou équivalent. Vous avez des qualités de meneur et démontrez un haut niveau d’influence. Vous avez un minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en gestion de projet ou gestion de programme. Vous avez un bagage technique en développement d’avion et opérations commerciales. Vous avez de bonnes compétences d’analyse, de planification et de gestion des problèmes. Vous avez l’esprit ouvert avec de fortes compétences interpersonnelles et vous démontrez une grande habileté à travailler en équipe. Vous avez le sens de l’organisation, de la gestion du temps et vous êtes autonome. Vous avez idéalement de l’expérience et de l’intérêt pour l’aéronautique. Vous êtes parfaitement à l’aise pour communiquer en Français et en Anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit. Vous avez des compétences avancées avec la suite Google et Planisware.
