Mission principale Assurer la gestion complète de projets afin d’atteindre les objectifs en termes de délais, périmètre, coûts et qualité, tout en garantissant la satisfaction du client et le respect des règles et réglementations internes et externes. Responsabilités principales Gestion de projet Piloter les projets de bout en bout selon une approche structurée Assurer le respect des objectifs : coûts, délais, qualité et périmètre Mettre en place et suivre les KPI pertinents liés aux projets Préparer et suivre les revenus (hebdomadaires et mensuels) Assurer un suivi rigoureux des coûts et des budgets Outils & structuration Concevoir et développer des outils de gestion (tableaux, dashboards, etc.) facilement transférables Garantir l’utilisation de solutions standardisées pour une équipe d’environ 15 chargés de projets Utiliser ou s’adapter à des outils de planification (ex : Planisware ou équivalent) Gestion des risques et opportunités Identifier, cartographier et suivre les risques et opportunités Mettre en place des plans d’actions adaptés Assurer une gestion proactive des enjeux projet Coordination & collaboration Définir, structurer et animer les équipes projets (organisation matricielle) Collaborer avec les équipes internes (maintenance, facility, gestion de projets usine) Assurer une gestion efficace des partenaires et fournisseurs internes/externes Amélioration continue Veiller à l’intégration des retours d’expérience (lessons learned) Contribuer à l’amélioration des pratiques et de l’environnement projet Participer à l’atteinte de la cible organisationnelle à court/moyen terme Contexte du poste Environnement en évolution avec une montée en autonomie des équipes Moins d’accompagnement opérationnel qu’auparavant (rôle plus structurant que purement exécutif) Projets liés à la maintenance avec une composante investissement Profil Compétences techniques Solide expérience en gestion de projet (PMP non requis) Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques (Excel avancé, tableaux croisés dynamiques) Connaissance d’outils de planification (Planisware ou équivalent – un atout) Expérience en gestion des coûts et suivi financier Maîtrise des KPI et des indicateurs de performance Formation Diplôme universitaire en gestion de projet ou domaine connexe Ou expérience équivalente significative Expérience Expérience en gestion de projet dans un environnement technique ou industriel Expérience dans l’aéronautique : un atout Expérience en gestion de projets bâtiment / infrastructure : un plus Qualités personnelles Polyvalence et autonomie Esprit analytique et structuré Capacité à travailler en environnement matriciel Forte capacité d’adaptation et de communication Orientation résultats Atteindre les objectifs du projet (délais, périmètre, coûts, qualité) à la satisfaction du client, dans le respect des règles et réglementations internes et externes.
