· Développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de recrutement innovantes pour pourvoir des postes clés. · Gérer l’ensemble du cycle de recrutement : analyse des besoins, affichage des postes, recherche de candidats, entrevues, négociation et intégration. · Réaliser des études de marché et conseiller les gestionnaires sur les tendances du marché de l’emploi et les meilleures pratiques d’embauche. · Tirer parti des outils et des plateformes technologiques afin d’optimiser le sourcing et d’améliorer l’expérience candidat. · Concevoir et exécuter des stratégies d’attraction de talents tout en bâtissant un solide bassin de candidats. · Participer à des projets stratégiques liés à l’acquisition de talents (p. ex., marque employeur, amélioration des processus). · Assurer une expérience candidat exceptionnelle et promouvoir l’image de l’entreprise. · Analyser les indicateurs de performance et formuler des recommandations visant à améliorer l’efficacité du recrutement. Profil · Vous détenez un baccalauréat en ressources humaines ou dans un domaine connexe. · Vous possédez un minimum de 8 ans d’expérience en recrutement corporatif de bout en bout, incluant le recrutement pour des postes complexes (juridique, communications, marketing, TI, finances, etc.). · Vous avez d’excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale, en français et en anglais. · Vous démontrez de solides aptitudes d’influence et de conseil, ainsi que la capacité d’établir des relations de confiance avec les parties prenantes. · Vous avez géré plusieurs mandats de recrutement dans un environnement dynamique et en constante évolution. · Vous avez de l’expérience en recrutement pour des postes au Canada, aux États-Unis et à l’international. · Vous avez une forte orientation client ainsi qu’un esprit innovant et axé sur les solutions. · Vous maîtrisez les techniques de sourcing (recherche booléenne, etc.) ainsi que les outils de recrutement numériques (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.). · Vous avez une bonne connaissance des tendances du marché et des meilleures pratiques en recrutement. · Vous êtes en mesure de gérer plusieurs projets simultanément avec un minimum de supervision. · Vous possédez une connaissance de SAP RH et d’un système de suivi des candidatures (ATS), tel que SuccessFactors.
