Conseiller et soutenir les gestionnaires dans les divers aspects liés à la gestion des ressources humaines tels que le développement des équipes, la gestion de conflits, les dossiers disciplinaires. Participer et contribuer à l'amélioration continue et au développement des meilleures pratiques en matière de gestion des ressources humaines afin d’influencer les stratégies en matière de ressources humaines. Produire divers rapports, offrir du support dans les tâches administratives et dans la gestion de la documentation. Fournir des recommandations sur l'optimisation des rapports et des processus. Démontrer et vivre nos valeurs d'entreprise dans les décisions quotidiennes : Nous sommes une entreprise centrée sur nos employés et nos clients. Vous possédez un Baccalauréat en ressources humaines; un diplôme de deuxième cycle de niveau maîtrise serait un atout. Vous avez un minimum de huit (8) ans en tant que partenaires d’affaires, ressources humaines. Vous possédez d'excellentes aptitudes en communication dans les deux langues officielles en français et anglais parlés et écrits. Vous possédez une excellente connaissance de MS Office, Word, PowerPoint et Excel et Outlook. En tant que joueur d’équipe, vous êtes autonome et vous êtes reconnu pour votre dynamisme, vos solides relations interpersonnelles, votre jugement, votre attitude positive et vos compétences organisationnelles. Vous êtes une personne organisée et structurée, qui possédez le souci du détail. Vous êtes motivé par les résultats et êtes à l’aise de travailler dans un environnement dynamique. Vous êtes capable de travailler sous pression et pouvez gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément. Vous pouvez maintenir une stricte confidentialité lorsque cela est nécessaire.
