Vos défis: 1. Cartographie et planification du cycle de vie des contrats Modéliser et optimiser le processus complet de gestion de la liste des contrats de maintenance (mapping de processus). Établir et piloter une ligne du temps (timeline) critique pour chaque contrat : identification des dates de début, durées, fenêtres de renouvellement, et jalons clés. Planifier et coordonner les étapes de sélection des fournisseurs, incluant la préparation et le lancement des appels d’offres (CFT). 2. Gouvernance et suivi de la performance Mettre en place des structures de gouvernance et des rituels de suivi pour évaluer la performance des fournisseurs et le respect des ententes contractuelles. Développer des indicateurs de performance (KPIs) et animer les comités de révision de contrats. 3.Créer des cahiers de charges variés pour les divers services requis en maintenance: Planificateur de travaux : Planificateur d'achat matières & services :. Spécialiste en fiabilité : Chargé de projet : 4. Conformité et gestion des risques (Santé, Sécurité, Environnement) Déployer et administrer un outil de suivi centralisé pour le contrôle des cartes de compétences et des accréditations des entrepreneurs externes. Garantir que 100 % des contracteurs appelés à travailler sur le site détiennent les qualifications requises avant leur accès au terrain. Profil Votre profil: Formation : Baccalauréat ou DEC en gestion des opérations, administration, ingénierie, gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement ou domaine connexe. Expérience : 3-5 années d'expérience en gestion de contrats, idéalement dans un milieu industriel, manufacturier ou en gestion de maintenance. Compétences techniques : Forte habileté en cartographie de processus (mapping) et gestion de projets. Aisance avec les outils technologiques (logiciels de gestion de contrats, GMAO/CMMS, ou suites de conformité). Aptitudes professionnelles : Leadership d'influence, rigueur analytique, d'excellentes aptitudes pour la communication et le travail d'équipe multidisciplinaire. Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais ; Dynamique, autonome et bien organisé; Excellent communicateur et compétences démontrées en leadership ; Maîtrise de la résolution de problèmes et axé sur les résultats ; Maîtrise de la Suite Google (Sheets, Slides).
