The posting

Dans vos fonctions, vous serez appelé à: Coordonner la préparation, le suivi et la communication du plan permettant de clore les points techniques de chaque avion en accord avec les requis du planning court-terme; Prioriser et harmoniser les accès des différents intervenants pour assurer l’adhérence au plan; Suivre et aider a la résolution des bloquants de chaque avion (RNC, BOI, issues, etc…) en échangeant avec les différentes équipes Operations et Support aux Opérations; Escalader les points bloquants si nécessaire, aux bonnes personnes et au bon moment; Identifier des bloquants dans les processus, et leader les projets d’amélioration pour les résoudre; Participer aux routines E2EQG, en particulier préparer et diriger les rencontres FOT, et contribuer aux analyses mensuelles E2EQG et au suivi des actions; Coordonner les plans de rattrapage des fournisseurs lorsqu’ils sont transverses a la ligne d’Assemblage; Coordonner les plans VL/DL lorsqu’ils sont transverses a la ligne d’Assemblage; Assurer le premier niveau de support aux fournisseurs sur site. Profil En tant que candidat idéal : Vous avez i) un Baccalauréat en Logistique, Génie industriel, Gestion des Opérations ou Gestion de projet, ou ii) un DEC en aéronautique avec une expérience professionnelle équivalente; Vous avez plus de 10 ans d’expérience dans les processus manufacturiers, idéalement sur le A220; Vous avez une connaissance générale des dépendances entre les différentes positions; Vous avez une connaissance détaillée des processus de planification, logistique, qualité et production; Vous avez un fort leadership, êtes capable de remettre les processus en question, mais avez aussi une volonté de faire grandir vos collègues et les autres fonctions; Vous maîtrisez le français (obligatoire) et êtes confortable en anglais (atout).
