Nous rejoindre, c’est participer à la mise en place et au soutien opérationnel d’installations stratégiques, tout en jouant un rôle concret dans des projets à fort impact. Nous recherchons un(e) Gestionnaire d’entrepôt proactif(ve) et autonome pour prendre en charge les opérations d’un nouvel entrepôt. En tant que première personne sur place, vous serez responsable de l’aménagement initial, de la mise en place des processus et de la gestion quotidienne des activités d’inventaire et de logistique avec une petite équipe (2-3 personnes). Votre rôle — Gestion de l’entrepôt Vous structurez, organisez et supervisez l’ensemble des activités de l’entrepôt afin d’assurer un environnement efficace, sécuritaire et aligné sur les besoins de production et d’expédition de l’entreprise. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la mise en place des processus et dans l’amélioration continue des opérations logistiques. Responsabilités Mise en place et organisation de l’entrepôt Définir l’aménagement physique de l’entrepôt pour optimiser la réception, l’entreposage et l’expédition. Mettre en place les systèmes d’étiquetage, de rayonnage et de flux de travail. Maintenir un environnement propre, sécuritaire et conforme aux normes en vigueur. Inventaire et manutention des matériaux Recevoir les matières premières, vérifier la conformité des documents et effectuer les entrées dans le système. Entreposer les matériaux de manière organisée et tenir des inventaires précis et à jour. Préparer les matériaux destinés à la production selon les besoins quotidiens. Gérer l’entreposage des produits finis et maintenir les niveaux d’inventaire requis. Expédition et opérations sortantes Préparer les expéditions : emballage, étiquetage, documentation. Coordonner les cueillettes et livraisons avec les transporteurs. Efficacité opérationnelle Identifier, recommander et mettre en œuvre des améliorations dans les processus d’entrepôt. S’assurer de l’utilisation adéquate et de l’entretien de l’équipement. Profil Formation et expérience Expérience pertinente en gestion d’entrepôt, logistique ou gestion d’inventaire. Intérêt pour la gestion d’une petite équipe. Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à prendre en charge un nouvel environnement opérationnel. Compétences clés Excellente organisation et rigueur. Autonomie, sens des responsabilités et initiative. Capacité à utiliser des logiciels d’inventaire ou de gestion d’entrepôt (WMS). Habiletés en communication et collaboration. Expérience ou certification de chariot élévateur — un atout. Maîtrise du français ; anglais fonctionnel.
