Ce poste est pour vous ! Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche d'un Gestionnaire de projet Industrialisation pour rejoindre notre équipe d'Industrialisation Pre-FAL basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada), où vous travaillerez au sein de l’équipe Excellence Opérationnelle. Vous ferez partie de l’équipe d'Industrialisation Pre-FAL chargée de supporter les montées en cadence et de réduire les coûts de la Pre-FAL Mirabel. Vous contribuerez ainsi à l’atteinte des objectifs prioritaires d’Airbus Canada et serez entourés de personnes passionnées et d’expérience. Votre rôle en tant que gestionnaire de projet Industrialisation sera de contribuer à définir la stratégie industrielle A220, de déployer les projets d’amélioration identifiés comme étant critiques ainsi que de supporter les activités de développement du produit afin d’identifier et limiter leur impact sur le plan manufacturier. Vos défis: Définir l’évolution de nos lignes d’assemblage et identifier les chemins critiques à optimiser en vue de répondre aux montées en cadence prévues; Agir en tant que chargé de projet dans l’exécution de transformations industrielles. Définir la stratégie de réalisation: contenu, portée, ressources, délai, coûts, risques, gestion de la qualité, communication et formation ; Effectuer la planification des activités et la coordination du travail des ressources impliquées, agir en tant qu’interface entre les différents intervenants, gérer les attentes du client ainsi que les demandes de changement ; Gérer les budgets et dépenses; Préparer et présenter les statuts d’avancement au comité de gestion. Développer une compréhension élargie des risques et opportunités pour l’entreprise liés aux changements industriels proposés; Contribuer à l’élaboration de « business cases », qu’ils soient liés à des projets de nature techniques ou non; Agir en tant que leader du changement; Planifier, organiser et animer des ateliers de travail multifonctionnels liés à l’établissement et au maintien de la meilleure stratégie d’assemblage. Profil Votre profil: Vous détenez un baccalauréat ou en génie aérospatial, génie mécanique, génie industriel ou gestion des opérations (ou vous avez une expérience équivalente); Vous avez au moins 2-5 ans d’expérience dans un milieu manufacturier et dans l’implantation de projets industriels; Vous maîtrisez bien le concept de chemins critiques; Vous démontrez des aptitudes en gestion de projets; Vous démontrez un niveau élevé de leadership et faites preuve de diplomatie; Vous êtes autonome, organisé et savez établir vos priorités; Vous êtes un excellent communicateur, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, et ce, en français et en anglais; Vous êtes en mesure d’évoluer dans un environnement régulièrement soumis à des changements Vous êtes proactif dans la définition de vos propres objectifs.
