En tant que responsable de l'intégration, vous pilotez le déploiement End-to-End de la phase G2 à la mise en service (G10) du système de chargement de données (DLW). Votre rôle est de transformer une exigence d'ingénierie en une solution industrielle performante, garantissant que chaque avion A220 quitte la ligne avec la configuration logicielle exacte, certifiée et tracée numériquement. Vos Défis Gouvernance de l'Environnement de Test : Piloter l'évolution du banc de travail (Data Loading Workbench) comme un centre de services pour la production, assurant la disponibilité des outils et des interfaces de communication. Maîtrise de la Configuration Numérique : Garantir la cohérence entre le "tel que conçu" (Engineering) et le "tel que chargé" (As-built) pour l'ensemble de l'avionique de l'A220. Optimisation de la Chaîne de Valeur : Définir des stratégies de préparation hors-avion pour décharger la ligne de montage finale et anticiper les conflits logiciels. Interfaçage des Systèmes d'Information : Assurer la continuité numérique entre les bases de données d'ingénierie, le banc DLW et les systèmes de gestion . Gestion du Cycle de Vie des Bancs : Mettre en place un système de maintenance, de calibration et la mise à jour des équipements de chargements logiciels (DLW) Soutien aux Opérations de Production : Agir en tant qu'expert-conseil pour résoudre les problèmes d'intégration sur les différents systèmes de l'avion . Sécurité Aérienne (Safety) et Conformité : Appliquer rigoureusement les protocoles de validation pour s'assurer que chaque configuration logicielle injectée respecte les normes de navigabilité, éliminant tout risque d'erreur système en vol. Profil En tant que candidat idéal, Vous possédez un diplôme d’étude collégial technique et/ou B.A.C en ingénierie applicable (avionique, logiciel ou électrique) Vous possédez 10 ans d'expérience en milieu industriel, avec une expertise marquée dans les banc d’essaie et les essais au sol Compétences Analytiques : Maîtrise de la résolution de problèmes complexes liés à l'interaction entre le matériel (LRU) et les systèmes embarqués Organisation : Capacité éprouvée à planifier le déploiement de bancs de tests et à coordonner la première unité en production. Langue: Vous maîtrisez fonctionnellement la langue française, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit (la connaissance de l'anglais est un atout).
