Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un Ingénieur Analyses des contraintes – Tolérance aux dommages (h/f) pour rejoindre notre équipe du bureau d'études d'aérostructure basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada), où vous étudierez la tenue structurelle des composants. L'organisation de l'équipe est établie de manière à promouvoir la collaboration transversale de manière autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement. Votre rôle en tant qu'ingénieur Analyses des contraintes – Tolérance aux dommages sera d'analyser la tolérance aux dommages des éléments structuraux principaux (PSE). Profil Vos défis: Effectuer des analyses de tolérance aux dommages sur des éléments structuraux principaux (PSE) Apporter des recommandations sur des concepts de designs et de réparation de structures d’aéronefs Développer des spectres de fatigue Effectuer des validations d’analyses de tolérance aux dommages avec des résultats expérimentaux Supporter le développement du manuel de maintenance en collaboration avec les groupes de publications techniques et d’ingénierie de maintenance. Collaborer avec les fournisseurs, assurer le respect de la méthodologie et des exigences techniques du programme Réviser des rapports et analyses de fournisseurs Préparer des rapports de certification Votre profil: Vous êtes titulaire d'un Baccalauréat en Ingénierie Mécanique ou Aéronautique Vous possédez au moins cinq (5) ans d’expérience dans l’analyse de contraintes de structures d’avions métallique, principalement comme spécialiste en fatigue et tolérance aux dommages de cellule La connaissance de logiciels tels que NASTRAN, PATRAN, NASGRO, CATIA V5, MS Office et Google Suite est obligatoire Une expérience antérieure de travail sur un programme de développement ou de support en service d'un avion, y compris de certification serait un atout. Une connaissance des techniques d’inspection non-destructive (NDT) serait un atout Vous avez un sens aigu des responsabilités, avez de l’intégrité et êtes un joueur d’équipe Vous avez de bonnes habilités en communication Vous devez pouvoir lire et communiquer en français et en anglais
