Programme aéronautique – Montréal / Mirabel (Québec, Canada) Vous possédez une expérience en inspection qualité aéronautique et souhaitez contribuer à la fabrication d'aéronefs répondant aux plus hauts standards de qualité? Ce poste est pour vous! Nous recherchons un(e) Inspecteur(trice) qualité structure pour rejoindre notre équipe basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada). Vous travaillerez en collaboration avec les équipes de production, d'ingénierie, de méthodes et de qualité afin de garantir la conformité des assemblages structuraux tout au long du processus de fabrication. Votre rôle En tant qu'Inspecteur(trice) qualité structure, vous serez responsable de vérifier la conformité des pièces, sous-assemblages et assemblages structuraux selon les plans, spécifications techniques et exigences réglementaires applicables. Vos principales responsabilités Effectuer les inspections visuelles et dimensionnelles des structures aéronautiques. Vérifier la conformité des assemblages, perçages, rivetages, fixations et installations structurales. Contrôler les produits selon les plans, dessins techniques, spécifications et procédures qualité. Réaliser les inspections en cours de fabrication et les inspections finales. Identifier, documenter et suivre les non-conformités. Participer aux analyses des causes racines et aux actions correctives. Collaborer avec les équipes de production afin de résoudre rapidement les écarts qualité. Compléter la documentation qualité et assurer une traçabilité rigoureuse. Veiller au respect des normes qualité, des exigences clients et des procédures internes. Contribuer aux initiatives d'amélioration continue. Profil Votre profil DEP, DEC ou formation technique en aéronautique, génie mécanique ou domaine connexe. Expérience en inspection qualité dans un environnement manufacturier aéronautique. Bonne lecture des dessins techniques et des tolérances géométriques (GD&T). Bonne connaissance des méthodes d'assemblage de structures aéronautiques. Connaissance des systèmes qualité et de la gestion des non-conformités. Maîtrise des instruments de mesure (vernier, micromètre, comparateur, jauges, etc.). Bonne maîtrise du français; l'anglais constitue un atout. Rigueur, autonomie, esprit d'analyse et sens du détail. Atouts Expérience sur des programmes Airbus, Bombardier ou Boeing. Certification ou expérience en inspection qualité aéronautique. Connaissance des exigences AS9100. Expérience avec SAP, Solumina ou un système MES/ERP. Connaissance des procédés spéciaux et de la documentation de fabrication. Ce que nous recherchons Un excellent sens de l'observation.
