Dans le cadre de nos activités aéronautiques, GESTAL North America recherche un(e) Inspecteur(trice) qualité – Réception de pièces. Votre rôle Vous serez principalement responsable de la réception et du contrôle qualité de pièces et composants, avant leur utilisation dans le processus de production. Le poste ne consiste pas à effectuer des inspections directement sur avion ou sur les structures assemblées. Vous interviendrez principalement à la réception des pièces afin de vérifier leur conformité et de compléter la documentation qualité associée. Vos principales responsabilités Effectuer l'inspection et le contrôle qualité des pièces et composants reçus; Vérifier la conformité des pièces à la réception; Effectuer les vérifications nécessaires lors de l'ouverture et du contrôle des boîtes/lots reçus; Analyser les informations et documents qualité associés aux pièces; Compléter et maintenir à jour la documentation qualité requise; Identifier et documenter les écarts ou non-conformités constatés lors des inspections; Assurer la traçabilité des contrôles et des informations qualité; Collaborer avec les différentes équipes concernées afin d'assurer le respect des exigences qualité. Profil Profil recherché Vous possédez une formation technique pertinente ainsi qu'une expérience dans le domaine de la qualité ou de l'inspection. Formation : DEC ou AEC en génie mécanique; ou DEP en assemblage aéronautique accompagné d'au moins 3 années d'expérience comme inspecteur(trice). Expérience et compétences : Expérience en qualité, inspection ou contrôle de pièces; Capacité à analyser et compléter de la documentation qualité; Rigueur et attention aux détails; Capacité à identifier et documenter des écarts de conformité; Bonne capacité d'analyse et d'organisation. Expérience aéronautique Une expérience directement liée à l'inspection sur avion ou aux structures aéronautiques n'est pas obligatoire. Nous recherchons avant tout une personne possédant une solide expérience en qualité et en inspection de pièces. Une expérience dans un environnement industriel, manufacturier ou mécanique peut donc être pertinente pour ce poste.
