Ce poste est pour vous ! Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un(e) Spécialiste IT en OT (h/f) pour rejoindre notre équipe Digital Operation Industrielle Nord Amérique (DOI-NA) basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada), où vous travaillerez conjointement avec l'équipe des solutions industrielles d'Amérique du Nord. Vous ferez partie de l’équipe Digital chargée d'assurer la haute disponibilité, l'intégrité et la sécurité des technologies de l'information (IT) déployées sur les machines de production. L'organisation de l'équipe est établie de manière à promouvoir la collaboration transversale de manière autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement. Votre rôle en tant que Spécialiste IT en OT sera de fournir le support opérationnel, la mise en place et l’administration des systèmes et de l’infrastructure IT nécessaires au bon fonctionnement des activités industrielles et de production. Vos défis : Assurer le support opérationnel (niveaux 1 et 2) en prenant en charge le diagnostic, la résolution et le suivi des incidents jusqu'à leur clôture. Déployer et configurer les postes de travail, les serveurs, les images système, les périphériques et les outils métiers. Administrer les systèmes et les infrastructures (gestion des comptes, des permissions, des politiques de sécurité, des correctifs et des sauvegardes). Gérer les éléments réseau de base, incluant l'adressage IP, la connectivité Wi-Fi, les partages réseau et les accès distants sécurisés. Créer et maintenir les images système, les scripts de déploiement, les modèles et les procédures opérationnelles standardisées. Réaliser la maintenance préventive et la surveillance des performances pour anticiper les anomalies et optimiser les environnements. Coordonner les interventions des fournisseurs, suivre les livrables et veiller au respect des contrats de niveau de service (SLA). Rédiger les procédures techniques, les guides d'utilisation et assurer le transfert de connaissances auprès des équipes locales. Profil Votre profil : Diplôme en informatique, en technologies de l'information ou combinaison équivalente de formation et d'expérience. Solide expérience professionnelle en support informatique et en administration d'infrastructures système (les environnements industriels ou de production sont fortement appréciés). Maîtrise de l'administration de Windows Server et des postes de travail Windows 10/11 (la connaissance de Linux est un atout). Expérience pratique des outils de gestion d’images et de déploiement (tels que SCCM/Intune, MDT ou équivalent). Bonnes connaissances des concepts réseau et sécurité (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, antivirus, gestion des correctifs) et des solutions de supervision (ServiceNow, Nagios, Splunk). Détention ou préparation d'une certification technique (ex. A+, Security+, Network+, CCNA, CISSP ou fondations ITIL). Qualités humaines recherchées : autonomie, rigueur et fort esprit de service. Niveau avancé en français et en anglais, à l'écrit comme à l'oral.
