Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un(e) Leader de Projets, Industrialisation FALs A220 pour rejoindre notre équipe Industrialisation FALs basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada), où vous travaillerez conjointement avec les lignes d’assemblage final de Mirabel (CAN) et Mobile (USA). Vous ferez partie de l’équipe Industrialisation FAL chargée de définir la stratégie industrielle des FALs A220, de déployer les projets d’amélioration identifiés comme critiques, et de supporter les activités de développement du produit. Votre rôle en tant que Leader de Projets, Industrialisation FALs A220 sera de gérer des projets industriels de grande envergure, contribuant au développement de la stratégie industrielle et menant à l’amélioration du produit et/ou la réduction des cycles d’assemblage. Vos défis: Gérer plusieurs projets industriels en simultané en définissant la stratégie de réalisation (contenu, portée, ressources, délais, coûts, risques, qualité). Planifier les activités, coordonner le travail des ressources impliquées, gérer les budgets/dépenses et agir en tant qu’interface entre les différents intervenants. Contribuer au développement de la stratégie industrielle et du plan manufacturier des deux FALs A220 (Mirabel et Mobile). Préparer et présenter les statuts d’avancement aux comités de gestion en allant chercher les bons soutiens au niveau hiérarchique nécessaire. Identifier, évaluer et implémenter les innovations permettant de digitaliser les activités FAL A220 et supporter les initiatives liées à l’amélioration continue. Entretenir des liens étroits avec les équipes centrales Airbus, effectuer des benchmarks avec les autres programmes aéronautiques et agir en tant que représentant A220. Agir en tant que leader du changement et être force de proposition pour placer l’écosystème FAL dans un mode industriel. Engager et maintenir impliquées les ressources et les équipes de travail nécessaires à l’aboutissement des projets. Profil Votre profil: Diplôme (ou équivalent) en ingénierie ou technique dans le domaine de l’aéronautique. Minimum de 10 ans d’expérience dans un milieu manufacturier, incluant une expérience pertinente en environnement de ligne d'assemblage final (FAL). Spécialiste des solutions industrielles démontrant de solides aptitudes en gestion de projets. Démontrer un niveau élevé de leadership avec des compétences éprouvées en coaching/formation, et une assertivité pour influencer et remettre en question le statu quo. Capacité à travailler avec la haute hiérarchie tout comme avec les équipes de travail, de manière diplomate et résiliente. Proactivité, grande autonomie, sens de l'organisation et capacité à définir les priorités pour évoluer dans un environnement sous haute pression régulièrement soumis à des changements. Compétences linguistiques : Niveau avancé (oral et écrit) en français et en anglais pour être un excellent communicateur à tous les niveaux.
