Responsabilités: Responsable des opérations d’usinage à commande numérique par ordinateur (CNC) Responsable de la programmation de base des opérations de CNC Usinage conventionnel L’expérience de la conception assistée par ordinateur (CAO) et de la fabrication/manipulation assistée par ordinateur (FAO) (SurfCAM) est un atout majeur Une expérience dans le domaine de la réparation et de la révision ou de l’atelier d’outillage est un atout majeur Doit suivre les instructions du fabricant pour réparer des composants de moteurs d’aéronefs impliquant des contraintes dimensionnelles en utilisant des machines conventionnelles ou à CNC Effectuer l’entretien courant des machines Transporter des pièces, des composants ou des modules d’un poste de travail ou d’un centre à un autre, au besoin Travailler sur appel pour nettoyer, inspecter et réparer des pièces, au besoin Travailler temporairement dans une autre catégorie, au besoin. ******** Responsibilities: Responsible for computer numerical control (CNC) machining operations Responsible for basic programming of CNC operations Conventional machining Experience in computer-aided design (CAD) and computer-aided manufacturing/machining (CAM) (SurfCAM) is a major asset Experience in repair and overhaul or tooling shop is a major asset Must follow manufacturer's instructions to repair aircraft engine components involving dimensional constraints using conventional or CNC machines Perform routine maintenance on machines Transport parts, components, or modules from one workstation or center to another, as needed Work on call to clean, inspect, and repair parts, as needed Work temporarily in another category, as needed.
