Nous sommes à la recherche d'une personne motivée et rigoureuse pour combler un poste de partenaire d’affaires junior en ressources humaines (PARH) dans le cadre d'un mandat temporaire d'un an. Ce rôle offre une opportunité unique d'acquérir une expérience de haut niveau au sein d'un environnement aéronautique de classe mondiale au support des unités d’affaires Programmes et Services. Dans votre rôle, vous devrez : Aider l’organisation à atteindre ses objectifs en identifiant les opportunités d’amélioration de la gestion des ressources humaines et en menant l'analyse et le diagnostic des besoins des clients. Répondre aux questions de premier niveau des gestionnaires concernant les politiques internes, la gestion de la performance et les relations d'équipe. Contribuer aux améliorations continues et aux meilleures pratiques pour influencer les stratégies de ressources humaines. Participer à la logistique et à la diffusion de matériel de formation pour le développement des compétences de gestion. Contribuer, au besoin, aux activités de recrutement où vous pouvez aider les gestionnaires dans la création et l'intégration complète de stratégies de recrutement, d'embauche et de rétention. Assurer la gestion opérationnelle des ressources humaines. Profil Profil recherché: Vous détenez un baccalauréat ou maîtrise en ressources humaines, relations industrielles ou dans un domaine connexe. Vous avez un minimum d'un an d'expérience dans un rôle en ressources humaines; Vous avez une forte capacité d'autonomie. Vous avez une capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément et à s'adapter aux imprévus d'un environnement dynamique. Vous avez une facilité naturelle à bâtir des relations de confiance et à communiquer avec divers intervenants. Vous aimez collaborer et contribuer au succès collectif. Vous êtes axé sur les résultats et êtes reconnu pour votre multitâche, dans un environnement au rythme rapide. Maîtrise de Google Workspace est un atout. Vous avez d'excellentes compétences en communication (écrite et parlée) et vous parlez facilement le français et l'anglais.
