Nous sommes à la recherche d'un.e partenaire en acquisition des talents pour joindre l'équipe des Ressources humaines basée à Mirabel (Québec), au Canada. Dans le cadre de vos fonctions, vous serez responsable de diriger le processus complet de recrutement de différents secteurs de l’entreprise afin de supporter les besoins d’affaires du programme A220. Notre formule de travail est hybride vous donnant ainsi l’occasion de travailler avec l’équipe sur site à Mirabel 3 jours par semaine. Responsabilités: Collaborer avec les partenaires d’affaires ressources humaines (PARH) et les gestionnaires pour définir les exigences du poste, les compétences et les critères de sélection afin de déterminer les meilleures stratégies de recrutement ; Fournir un service groupes clients de qualité et développer une compréhension et une maîtrise des besoins organisationnels afin d’atteindre les objectifs de main d’oeuvre ; Coacher et accompagner les gestionnaires sur les processus et meilleures pratiques ; Utiliser votre expertise pour attirer, rechercher et embaucher les candidats et rester à l’affût du marché de candidats dans l’industrie aérospatiale ; Assurer l'intégrité, la conformité et l'adhérence aux processus de recrutement ; Préparer les offres d'emploi en collaboration avec les membres de l'équipe RH afin de présenter les offres aux candidats ; Soutenir les démarches de mobilité du groupe en collaborant avec les experts mobilité et les PARH ; Agir en tant qu’ambassadeur en participant aux événements de marketing de l'emploi et de recrutement ; Contribuer à l’amélioration des processus et supporter l’équipe selon les besoins opérationnels. Profil Profil recherché: Détenir un minimum de 5 à 7 ans d'expérience en recrutement (processus complet) à différents niveaux de poste (administratif, technique, professionnel, supervision/gestion). Certificat ou Baccalauréat en administration, en ressources humaines, en relations industrielles ou dans un domaine pertinent. L’expérience en grande entreprise est un atout. Capacité démontrée à développer des relations solides avec les candidats et les groupes clients. Capacité à fournir et à obtenir des résultats dans un environnement dynamique, changeant et au rythme rapide. Compétences organisationnelles éprouvées avec une attention aux détails et une solide capacité à établir des priorités dans un environnement avec des demandes concurrentes. Compétence et intérêt marqué pour l'optimisation des processus et la création de solutions innovantes. Avoir un très bon niveau d'autonomie et d'initiative au quotidien. Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite, en français et en anglais Afficher un bon leadership avec la capacité d'influencer les autres. Capacité à s’intégrer rapidement dans des nouveaux environnements de travail ainsi qu’avec la technologie. Maîtrise des systèmes Workday ainsi que Google (Mail, Sheet et Slides) est un atout.
