Vous avez une solide expérience en approvisionnement, vous avez travaillé dans le domaine de la maintenance industrielle et vous souhaitez évoluer au sein d'un environnement aéronautique de pointe ? Ce poste est pour vous ! Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un Planificateur Achat Matières pour rejoindre notre équipe Maintenance , basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada), où vous travaillerez de concert avec le reste du groupe usine afin de garantir le bon déroulement des activités d'approvisionnement. Vous ferez partie de l'équipe Maintenance Infrastructure et Industrielle chargée de réaliser les activités d'approvisionnement et de suivi des achats pour l'ensemble de l'organisation Maintenance. L'organisation de l'équipe est établie de manière à promouvoir la collaboration transversale de manière autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement. Votre rôle en tant que Planificateur Achat Matières sera de vous procurer les matières premières nécessaires à la réalisation des tâches de maintenance, de réparation et de gestion du site, tout en optimisant la gestion des stocks. Vos défis: Préparer les demandes d'achats précises selon les besoins du département (articles, quantités et spécifications). Maintenir un registre rigoureux des achats et des contrats pour faciliter le suivi et les audits. Soutenir la négociation des prix et des conditions contractuelles avec les fournisseurs. Surveiller la livraison des marchandises pour garantir une réception dans les délais et résoudre les retards. Collaborer avec le magasin pour surveiller les niveaux de stock et éviter les ruptures ou les surplus. Effectuer le suivi des outils envoyés en calibration selon les procédures en place. Fournir des rapports réguliers sur les activités d'achat, le respect du budget et la performance des fournisseurs. Profil Votre profil: Diplôme d'études secondaires (DES). Démontrer de l’expérience dans des fonctions similaires d'approvisionnement ou de planification. Maîtrise de la suite MS Office, particulièrement Excel et PowerPoint. Connaissance d'un logiciel de gestion de maintenance (ex: Maximo) et de la suite Google (atouts). Excellentes compétences en organisation et gestion des priorités. Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et sous pression dans un milieu exigeant. Grand souci du détail et fortes compétences d'observation. Capacité à transiger efficacement avec plusieurs intervenants internes et externes.
