Vous avez une expérience dans le domaine manufacturier aéronautique, vous avez travaillé sur des lancements programmes complexes en phase de développement et vous souhaitez évoluer et développer de nouvelles compétences? Ce poste est pour vous ! Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un gestionnaire de projet (h/f) pour rejoindre l'équipe de développement industriel basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada). Dans le cadre de sa mission, le gestionnaire de projets doit garantir la prise en compte des aspects industriels dans la définition de l'aéronef et piloter la conception du système industriel en synchronisation avec celle de l'appareil, afin d'accroître la maturité dès les premières phases de développement. Vos défis: Définir et implanter un système industriel de classe mondiale, et ce, pour toutes les phases de développement du produit A220 (des études de concept à la production en série), le tout en collaboration avec l’Architecte Industriel; Émettre des recommandations quant à ses caractéristiques et son dimensionnement (flux produit/matière/personnes, nb de stations, design de stations, délais, aménagement, zones/cycles tampons, etc.); Développer et déployer des modèles de simulation industriels; Définir les requis industriels pour le produit, les processus, les technologies, les moyens industriels et les actifs; Contribuer à enrichir le corpus de connaissances (“body of knowledge”) lié au développement du système industriel du programme A220. Profil Votre profil: Vous détenez un diplôme d’ingénieur ou un diplôme technique dans le domaine de l’aéronautique; Vous avez plus de 10 ans d’expérience dans un milieu manufacturier, et avez de l’expérience en environnement FAL. Vous êtes un spécialiste de la conception d’infrastructure aéronautique. Vous êtes un spécialiste des éléments du génie industriel (aménagement, flux, VSM, dimensionnement du système industriel, analyse VA/NVA, analyse de capacité, Lean Line Design, etc.) Vous démontrez un niveau élevé de leadership et faites preuve de diplomatie et de résilience ; Vous avez des compétences éprouvées en coaching/formation, leadership, assertivité pour influencer et remettre en question le statu quo ; Vous êtes capables de travailler avec la haute hiérarchie mais aussi avec les équipes de travail et les maintenir engagées ; Vous êtes autonome, organisé et savez établir vos priorités ; Vous démontrez des aptitudes en gestion de projets ; Vous êtes un excellent communicateur, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, et ce, en français et en anglais ; Vous êtes en mesure d’évoluer dans un environnement régulièrement soumis à des changements et sous haute pression ; Vous êtes proactif dans la définition de vos propres objectifs ;
