Vous avez une expérience dans les systèmes mécaniques, vous avez travaillé dans l’industrie aéronautique et vous souhaitez évoluer et développer de nouvelles compétences? Ce poste est pour vous ! Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un Rédacteur technique pour rejoindre notre équipe de publications techniques basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada). Vous ferez partie de l’équipe Systèmes chargée de la révision des publications de maintenance des aéronefs (Aircraft Maintenance Publication - AMP). Votre rôle en tant que Rédacteur technique sera d'examiner la documentation d'ingénierie, d'effectuer des analyses d'impact, d'examiner les tâches révisées pour approbation et d'incorporer les changements. Vos défis : Analyser les documents techniques tels que les résumés de modifications (Modsums), les dessins techniques, les bulletins de service, etc. afin de déterminer leur impact potentiel sur les différentes publications de maintenance; Déterminer la priorité des résumés de modifications en fonction du calendrier de livraison des aéronefs; Créer/déléguer des ordres de travail dans les outils de données techniques; Préparer les données sources pour la priorisation mensuelle des résumés de modifications des fournisseurs; Utilisez les outils Tech Data pour extraire des données et suivre/harmoniser leur statut afin de soutenir les activités du département; Apporter un soutien aux fournisseurs et aux clients internes, analyser les demandes et répondre aux problèmes rencontrés par les clients à l'origine de ces demandes; Identifier et mettre en œuvre les processus et les améliorations de produits conformément au plan stratégique; Identifier, évaluer et soutenir la définition des plans d'action et des calendriers pour minimiser les risques à l'achèvement des publications selon les exigences du programme. Profil Votre profil : Vous détenez un diplôme collégial (DEC) en aérospatiale ou dans un domaine équivalent ou un minimum de cinq (5) ans d’expérience pertinente dans le domaine des publications techniques; Vous possédez une bonne compréhension des facteurs de changement et de la gestion de la configuration des aéronefs; Vous démontrez de solides compétences en TI ainsi qu'une capacité à lire et à interpréter la documentation technique, notamment les dessins techniques; Vous maîtrisez les processus et les technologies liés aux publications techniques; Vous avez une excellente connaissance des spécifications ATA 2200 et S1000D (un atout); Vous avez une bonne connaissance des langages de rédaction SGML et XML (un atout); Vous maîtrisez la suite Google (Docs, Sheets, Slides) ainsi que SAP et faites preuve d'agilité pour apprendre et adopter de nouveaux outils technologiques; Une expérience en service à la clientèle et en soutien technique (un atout); Vous faites preuve d'un bon jugement, de leadership et d'un fort esprit d'équipe; Vous êtes orienté(e) client; Vous possédez d'excellentes compétences en communication, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit (français et anglais).
