Vos défis : Planifier et piloter : Définir des plans d'exécution réalistes et ambitieux en sécurisant l'alignement des parties prenantes sur les livrables, jalons, ressources et budgets. Fédérer par influence : Rassembler et mobiliser de manière intensive les concepteurs et ingénieurs vers l'atteinte des objectifs, sans autorité hiérarchique directe. Déployer la gouvernance : Suivre et mener les projets selon les priorités du programme. Soutenir l'équipe : Travailler en étroite synergie avec les Responsables de Domaine de Programme (PDL) en place pour faciliter les arbitrages opérationnels et la continuité de service. Collaborer de manière transverse : Développer un partenariat solide avec les équipes ingénierie et l'équipe de l'Ingénieur en chef. Gérer les risques et la performance : Identifier proactivement les risques d'exécution, élaborer les plans de contingence et assurer le suivi rigoureux (temps, coûts, qualité). Assurer la visibilité : Présenter l'avancement des activités et défendre les arbitrages d’ingénierie auprès des parties prenantes internes Profil Votre profil Éducation : Baccalauréat en ingénierie ou discipline connexe. Gestion de projet d'envergure : Expérience confirmée et réussie dans la direction de projets multidisciplinaires majeurs de manière transverse (leadership d'influence). Expérience industrielle : Solide expérience professionnelle en ingénierie (une expérience au sein de l'industrie aérospatiale ou dans les activités liées aux structures est un atout majeur). Axe affaires et performance : Solide rigueur de suivi budgétaire, sens aigu de la planification et de la gestion des risques d'exécution. Compétences relationnelles : Posture orientée vers le client, fortes capacités de communication et aisance à collaborer et à s'intégrer rapidement dans une équipe existante. Compétences analytiques : Excellente capacité à simplifier des questions complexes, à prioriser et à résumer les risques et actions clés. Compétences linguistiques : Niveau avancé/négociation en anglais et en français, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit. Culture numérique : Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projet standard et capacité à naviguer efficacement dans un environnement moderne axé sur l'information.
