En coordination avec le Chef instructeur de vol local, il/elle garantit la conformité des compétences des instructeurs au regard des contraintes réglementaires et financières, et gère/optimise l'ensemble du processus de gestion des compétences, incluant notamment : Assurer une planification et une programmation annuelles efficaces des instructeurs pour leurs formations initiales, de recyclage, de montée en compétence et de standardisation ; Optimiser l'utilisation des ressources (FSTD, instructeurs, etc.) en liaison avec les différentes parties prenantes (service planification, responsables des ressources, Chef instructeur, etc.) ; Garantir le suivi, la mise à jour, la complétion et la disponibilité des preuves de formation et des documents obligatoires, y compris la gestion des dossiers des instructeurs (format papier et numérique) ; Gérer les inscriptions aux formations en ligne (e-learning) et le suivi des certificats pour les instructeurs ; Émettre les certificats de formation via MyTeam si nécessaire ; Administrer la mise en place et le suivi des compétences des instructeurs (preuves de formation, formulaires de suivi, mise à jour des compétences dans MyControlTower, etc.) ; Veiller à la conformité de la formation des instructeurs selon les manuels de l'ATO ; Assurer la communication et les notifications auprès des autorités ; Générer et gérer les extractions de données hebdomadaires/mensuelles depuis MyTeam (sessions, conflits, compétences, etc.). Le Responsable des compétences est rattaché fonctionnellement au Chef instructeur de vol local. Autres tâches en tant qu'administrateur de support informatique : Assurer la maintenance des Apple TV et des iPad des stagiaires et des instructeurs ; Administrer les outils OBDS, Dynamic Source, etc. Profil Nous recherchons des candidats possédant les compétences et l'expérience suivantes : Capacité à travailler en équipe indispensable ; Adhésion aux valeurs de solidarité, de soutien et d'innovation de l'ACTC ; Adaptabilité, curiosité, agilité et autonomie ; Bonnes compétences informatiques ; Maîtrise des outils informatiques, notamment de la suite G-Suite (indispensable) ; Anglais courant (niveau négociation) ; Orientation client et souci de maintenir la satisfaction client.
