Vos défis: Supporter le développement et la mise en oeuvre de la vision pour les processus de Gestion de Configuration, en respectant les orientations stratégiques des Processus, Méthodes, Outils et Données de l’entreprise Mener l'analyse de la situation actuelle et des problèmes ou enjeux identifiés, afin de développer les critères clés de performance des solutions et assurer la performance de vos processus, de même que l’adhérence aux processus Supporter la feuille de route pour le développement et déploiement des solutions pour assurer une exécution sans failles et un niveau de sécurité du produit exemplaire. Supporter le développement de la solution To-Be avec toutes les parties prenantes - équipe projets, équipes opérationnelles, autres responsables de processus ou sous-processus, leaders d'airbus canada, autorités réglementaires, etc. afin d'atteindre de nouveaux paliers de performance et l'atteinte d'objectifs de performance opérationnelle sans compromis sur la sécurité et la robustesse des processus Identifier des opportunités d'améliorations Contribuer à la création et le maintien du plan de développement intégré. Profil Votre profil: Vous avez un minimum de 10 ans d’expérience de travail d’équipe, dans un environnement changeant et dynamique du domaine de l’aéronautique; Vous avez d'excellentes compétences et connaissances en gestion de configuration en conception de structure et/ou Cabine et/ou system. Vous avez de fortes compétences en leadership et en communication Vous êtes capable de simplifier des questions complexes et de résumer les risques, les actions clés et les prochaines étapes, en prenant avantage de votre connaissance des processus et de votre réseau; Vous démontrez d'excellentes aptitudes pour les communications verbales de manière à partager la philosophie, les règles et les pratiques de la gestion de la configuration ainsi que pour superviser des sessions de travail; Vous êtes capables de développer des relations avec les parties prenantes internes et d'influencer les parties prenantes externes ; Vous êtes créatifs et en mesure de soutirer d’une équipe des solutions hors des sentiers battus si nécessaire; Vous êtes une personne faisant preuve d'initiative, d'un grand sens des responsabilités et d'un bon jugement; Vous avez une bonne connaissance de la gestion de projet
