The posting

Les défis: Suivre l’avancement des travaux de production et développer des plan de rattrapage avec toute l’équipe naturelle autonome de production; Suivre les pièces et les composantes majeures avec les achats selon le flux nominal ainsi que la surconsommation; Être le point central de l’ensemble de la planification à court terme; Suivre l’exécution des fournisseurs et partenaires sur site et assurer une bonne coordination de ceux-ci à travers les opérations normales; Conseiller le Manager de Production sur différents aspects, dont les plans de rattrapage et les priorisations de travaux hors poste à travers la ligne d’assemblage pour sécuriser les différents chemins critiques; Sécuriser la ligne de production en appliquant une barrière à l’entrée sur les composantes majeures si les travaux restants impactent les opérations normales; Sécuriser les livraisons en appliquant une coordination robuste et structurée à la fin de la ligne juste avant la livraison; Assurer ces suivis sur les quarts de soir et de fin de semaine en plus du quart normal de travail; Exercer votre leadership tout en respectant la vision et les valeurs de l'entreprise; Être capable de travailler sous pression et d'engager son équipe pour respecter des délais stricts; Gérer les performances de votre équipe à l'aide de KPIs; Gérer la charge de travail et les performances individuelles des employés; Assurer l'amélioration continue, notamment avec l'application du processus de résolution de problèmes en cas de problèmes pertinents; Coacher votre équipe ( 9 employés) afin de développer leur talent dans l'organisation; Identifier, documenter et standardiser les processus clés menant à l'atteinte des objectifs; S'assurer que tous les membres de l'équipe comprennent leur rôle et leur performance dans la réalisation du plan d'opérations. Profil Le profil: Vous détenez un diplôme d'études collégiales ou universitaires dans un domaine connexe ; Vous possédez un minimum de deux ans d'expérience en gestion dans les secteurs de la planification, de la fabrication ou de l'aérospatiale ; Vous démontrez d'excellentes compétences en gestion d'équipe et de projets ; Vous faites preuve d'un leadership fort, de jugement, de flexibilité et d'une grande autonomie ; Vous avez le sens de l’urgence, êtes axé sur les résultats et capable de respecter des délais serrés sous pression ; Vous possédez de solides compétences en communication et en négociation ; Vous maîtrisez les principes de la production Lean (Lean Manufacturing) et de l'amélioration continue ; Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français et l'anglais (bilinguisme).
