Je kent het gevoel vast. Een patiënt die wekenlang weinig initiatief toont, maar tijdens een activiteit weer even plezier ervaart. Iemand die dankzij jouw begeleiding contact maakt, structuur vindt of een succesmoment beleeft. Juist die kleine stappen maken voor jou het verschil.

Als creatieve activiteitentherapeut wil je meer doen dan activiteiten aanbieden. Je wilt bijdragen aan herstel, mogelijkheden zien waar anderen beperkingen zien en mensen helpen opnieuw vertrouwen te krijgen in zichzelf. In deze afwisselende functie binnen GGNet krijg je daar alle ruimte voor. Je werkt met verschillende doelgroepen binnen de psychiatrie, waardoor geen dag hetzelfde is en je iedere dag opnieuw van betekenis bent.

Dit is je team

Je standplaats is Warnsveld. Je werkt voor verschillende afdelingen, waardoor je functie veel afwisseling biedt.

  • Op de High Intensive Care (HIC) begeleid je patiënten die zich in een ernstige psychiatrische crisis bevinden. Hier ligt de nadruk op stabilisatie, veiligheid en het terugkrijgen van regie.
  • Binnen ART (Active Recovery Triad) werk je met patiënten die langdurige en complexe psychiatrische en psychosociale problemen ervaren. Hier staat herstel, ontwikkeling en kwaliteit van leven centraal.
  • Daarnaast werk je voor VGGNet, waar je patiënten begeleidt die naast psychiatrische problematiek ook een verstandelijke beperking hebben.

Juist die combinatie van doelgroepen maakt deze functie uitdagend en veelzijdig. Geen dag is hetzelfde en iedere patiënt vraagt om een andere benadering.

Wat ga je doen?

Als activiteitentherapeut begeleid je groepen patiënten en bied je waar nodig individuele ondersteuning op een creatieve manier. Je zet activiteiten in als middel om patiënten te ondersteunen in hun herstelproces en helpt hen om talenten, interesses en mogelijkheden te ontdekken.

Samen met je collega's uit het multidisciplinaire team draag je bij aan een veilige en herstelgerichte omgeving. Iedereen brengt daarin zijn eigen expertise mee en samen kijken jullie naar wat iedere patiënt nodig heeft.

Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Het voorbereiden, organiseren en begeleiden van activiteiten.
  • Het begeleiden van patiënten in groepsverband en individueel.
  • Het stimuleren van zelfredzaamheid, zelfstandigheid en deelname aan activiteiten.
  • Het creëren van structuur, veiligheid en daginvulling.
  • Het signaleren van veranderingen en deze bespreken binnen het behandelteam.
  • Het bijdragen aan herstelgerichte zorg vanuit jouw vakgebied.

Dit vragen we van jou

  • In het bezit van een afgeronde agogische opleiding op mbo 4 of hbo-niveau (bijvoorbeeld Sociaal Werk, SPW, MMZ, MWD, SPH of CMV).
  • Enthousiast, betrokken, flexibel en geduldig.
  • Iemand die goed kan samenwerken, maar ook zelfstandig je weg vindt.
  • Creatief, met affiniteit voor materialen en groepsdynamiek.
  • In staat om te begrenzen en de-escalerend op te treden als de situatie daar om vraagt.
  • Bekend met of geïnteresseerd in de acute psychiatrie.
  • Bereid om één weekend per maand te werken.
