Wat bieden wij jou?

Een veelzijdige en dynamische functie waarin je veel vrijheid krijgt om je werk op jouw manier in te richten. Daarnaast kan je rekenen op:

  • Salaris conform [job.schaal_+_salaris] bruto per maand (o.b.v. 36 uur p/wk)
  • Naast een goed basissalaris krijg je onder andere 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering en 8,33% vakantietoeslag.
  • Jouw pensioen wordt opgebouwd bij het PFZW (Pensioenfonds Zorg&Welzijn).
  • GGNet betaalt 50% van jouw pensioenpremie.
  • Een Balansregeling voor extra vrije tijd, opleiding of uitbetaling.

Dit is je team

Flex&Match is het interne inzetbureau van de GGNet. Verpleegkundigen en agogisch medewerkers worden via ons ingezet binnen de verschillende afdelingen van GGNet. Bij Flex&Match werken ongeveer 90 collega’s die flexibel inzetbaar zijn voor meerdere teams binnen GGNet.

GGNet biedt zorg binnen de basis- en specialistische ggz in de provincie Gelderland. Dit betekent dat je ervaring kunt opdoen in verschillende zorggebieden, zoals:

  • Acute zorg
  • Forensische psychiatrie
  • Hoog intensieve klinische zorg
  • Ouderenzorg
  • Beschermd wonen locatie
  • Intensieve vervolg behandeling

Als agogisch medewerker draai je diensten samen met de multidisciplinaire teams binnen de verschillende afdelingen van GGNet. Samen bespreken we waar jouw talenten en ambities het beste tot hun recht komen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je begeleidt patiënten zelfstandig of in samenwerking met collega’s, conform het behandelplan
  • Je draagt bij aan de continuïteit van de zorg door te observeren, begeleiden en rapporteren
  • Je levert een actieve bijdrage aan een veilige en stimulerende leefomgeving
  • Je voert naast zorginhoudelijke taken ook enkele administratieve en huishoudelijke taken uit
  • Je speelt flexibel in op de zorgvraag en weet snel te schakelen tussen verschillende doelgroepen en afdelingen

✔ Een afgeronde agogische opleiding op minimaal mbo 4 niveau (bijvoorbeeld SPW, MMZ, SPH of Social Work) ✔ Zelfstandigheid, creativiteit en een ontwikkelingsgerichte mindset ✔ Teamspirit: je weet anderen te inspireren en te motiveren ✔ Tact en overtuigingskracht ✔ Flexibiliteit en het vermogen om snel te schakelen tussen verschillende werkomgevingen
