Binnen de forensische kliniek de Boog zijn wij op zoek naar agogen voor het individuele cluster met als expertise autisme en gericht op resocialisatie.

Dit is je team

Het team bestaat uit agogen en verpleegkundigen en is onderdeel van het multidisciplinaire team. Je werkt hierin intensief samen met o.a. de behandelaren en het maatschappelijk werk. Het team is onderdeel van het individuele cluster gericht op patiënten met autisme waarbij de focus ligt op uitstroom van de patiënt. Er wordt vanuit een herstelondersteunende houding gewerkt en je staat hierin naast de patiënt.

Het team bestaat uit minimaal 15 enthousiaste collega’s die werken vanuit een open sfeer waarbij betrokkenheid, eerlijkheid, oprechtheid, eigenheid en humor centraal staan. De kracht van het team is samenwerking en er met elkaar staan! De afdeling heeft 13 bedden en je draait samen met 3 collega’s de vroege en de late diensten. De nachtdiensten worden met 2 collega’s gedraaid waarbij je samen verantwoordelijkheid draagt voor 26 bedden binnen het individuele cluster gericht op autisme en LVB. Wat ga je doen?

Werken in de forensische psychiatrie vraagt om een scherpe blik en een groot hart. Als agogisch medewerker ben jij, samen met je collega’s, de stabiele factor op de afdeling. Je staat naast de patiënt in hun herstelproces, maar verliest daarbij nooit de veiligheid van de maatschappij en het team uit het oog. Geen dag is hier hetzelfde; je schakelt continu tussen intensieve begeleiding en methodische verslaglegging.

In deze veelzijdige rol pak je het volgende op:

  • Herstel & veiligheid: je begeleidt patiënten aan de hand van hun behandelplan en borgt een veilig leefklimaat door risicotaxaties uit te voeren en signaleringsplannen op te stellen
  • Methodisch werken: je stelt diagnoses en evalueert de behandeldoelen regelmatig, waarbij je kritisch kijkt of de koers nog aansluit bij de complexe zorgvraag
  • Multidisciplinaire spil: je werkt nauw samen in een team van agogen en verpleegkundigen, waarbij je als persoonlijk begeleider de verbindende schakel bent tussen de patiënt en het behandelplan
  • Kennis delen: je denkt mee over de ontwikkeling van onze zorg in werkgroepen en brengt jouw vakkennis over op de nieuwe generatie als begeleider van leerlingen en stagiaires

Dit vragen we van jou

  • Je hebt een SPW of MMZ-opleiding op MBO 4 niveau
  • Ervaring in de forensische zorg / in een gedwongen kader en ervaring binnen groepsgericht werken is een pré
  • Je bent zelfstandig, creatief, overtuigend, empathisch en tactvol.

Daarnaast sta je stevig in je schoenen, stelt duidelijke grenzen en gaat professioneel om met weerstand en manipulatief gedrag van patiënten. Je blijft rustig onder druk, reflecteert op je eigen handelen en geeft heldere feedback. Met een kritische blik, positieve houding en gevoel voor humor ben je een waardevolle aanvulling op het team.
