Binnen ons Cluster LVB zie je patiënten met een forensische titel én een licht verstandelijke beperking. Dat zorgt voor een complexe en fascinerende dynamiek. Hier is gedrag de taal, en wij zoeken iemand die die taal spreekt.

Dit is je team

Je gaat aan de slag binnen het cluster LVB van De Boog, de Forensisch Psychiatrische Kliniek van GGNet. Als expertisecentrum bieden wij 24-uurs zorg op beveiligingsniveau 2 en 3 in Warnsveld. Daarnaast hebben we een ambulante tak met locaties verspreid over de regio (Apeldoorn, Zevenaar, Winterswijk en Doetinchem).

Binnen de kliniek werken we met specifieke clusters om patiënten met een gelijke hulpbehoefte het beste milieu te bieden. Naast ons cluster (gericht op LVB en ASS) zijn er groepsgerichte clusters en een FHIC-cluster.

Kies je voor het cluster LVB, dan stap je in een betrokken en hecht team van behandelaren, verpleegkundigen en agogen. We werken intensief samen, betrekken familie en naasten nauw bij de behandeling en hebben veel aandacht voor jouw professionele groei via scholing, intervisie en moreel beraad.

Wat ga jij doen?

Binnen het cluster LVB ben jij veel meer dan alleen een zorgverlener; je bent een vertaler. Onze patiënten hebben een licht verstandelijke beperking in combinatie met forensische psychiatrische problematiek. Dit vraagt om een scherpe blik en een geduld. Jij ziet wat er écht achter een verbale uitbarsting of juist achter een diep stilzwijgen zit.

Jouw concrete taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je vertaalt LVB-specifieke inzichten en behandelplannen naar concrete, alledaagse interventies op de groep
  • Je creëert een veilige, voorspelbare structuur binnen de forensische setting. Je kunt begrenzen wanneer dat nodig is, maar doet dit altijd met de zachtheid en het geduld die deze doelgroep nodig heeft
  • Je herkent vroege signalen van spanning of frustratie en weet hier preventief en de-escalerend op in te spelen
  • Je stimuleert de zelfredzaamheid van patiënten, hoe klein de stapjes soms ook zijn, en werkt nauw samen met hun netwerk
  • Je rapporteert accuraat over de voortgang en deelt je expertise actief tijdens casuïstiekbesprekingen en overdrachten. We bouwen hier echt op elkaar, en humor is daarbij ons belangrijkste instrument om de werkdag positief door te komen

Dit vragen we van jou

  • Je hebt een SPW of MMZ-opleiding op MBO 4 niveau
  • Ervaring binnen de GGZ, forensische zorg of groepsgericht werken is een pré
  • Je staat stevig in je schoenen en bent pedagogisch sterk
  • Je bent zelfstandig, empathisch, tactvol en kunt omgaan met weerstand en complexe situaties
  • Je kunt reflecteren op je eigen handelen en geeft op een professionele manier feedback
  • Je brengt humor, relativeringsvermogen en een positieve instelling mee
