Ben jij de regisseur die zorgt dat wijzigingen in ons applicatielandschap vlekkeloos en gecontroleerd verlopen? Bij GGZ inGeest zoeken we een specialist die zich volledig richt op de rol van Change- en Releasemanager. In deze rol ben je de spin in het web die ervoor zorgt dat elke aanpassing aan onze IT-systemen met minimale impact op de zorg en maximale kwaliteit wordt doorgevoerd. Dit varieert van ons ECD MijnQuarant en onze low-code oplossingen tot de meer technische systemen.

Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal is een vereiste voor deze functie, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Alleen sollicitaties met een Nederlandstalig cv worden in behandeling genomen.

Wat ga je doen?

In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige change- en releaseproces binnen onze afdeling Informatiemanagement & ICT. Je zorgt voor structuur, overzicht en beheersbaarheid in een dynamische zorgomgeving. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Je voert de regie op wijzigingen door de Change Advisory Board (CAB) te beheren en samen met stakeholders de impact, risico’s en prioriteit van aanvragen te beoordelen.
  • Je stelt de releaseplanning op en coördineert de uitrol van updates en nieuwe functionaliteiten in nauwe afstemming met applicatiespecialisten, ontwikkelaars en de zorgvloer.
  • Je ziet toe op de kwaliteitsbewaking door het testproces te bewaken en te zorgen dat alle documentatie op orde is, zodat de continuïteit van de zorgverlening nooit in gevaar komt.
  • Je informeert de organisatie tijdig over aanstaande wijzigingen en vertaalt complexe technische planningen naar begrijpelijke informatie voor de zorg.
  • Je richt je op procesoptimalisatie door afgeronde releases te evalueren en de change- en releasemanagementprocessen op basis van ITIL continu te verbeteren.
  • Je fungeert als de schakel in het stakeholdermanagement tussen interne teams en externe leveranciers om de levering van software en patches optimaal te laten aansluiten op onze standaarden.

Wat neem je mee?

Je bent analytisch sterk, communicatief vaardig en je houdt het hoofd koel, ook als er meerdere releases tegelijkertijd gepland staan. Verder heb je:

  • Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in de richting van Informatica of Bedrijfskunde.
  • Ervaring met ITIL-processen, specifiek op het gebied van Change en Release Management.
  • Ervaring in een complexe IT-omgeving (ervaring binnen de zorg/GGZ is een grote pré).
  • Een scherp oog voor risico’s en het vermogen om ‘nee’ te verkopen als een wijziging nog niet aan de kwaliteitseisen voldoet.
  • Sterke verbindende kwaliteiten: je weet verschillende expertises (zorg, IT, leveranciers) samen te brengen om een gezamenlijk doel te bereiken.
  • Zelfstandigheid en daadkracht: je brengt structuur aan en durft beslissingen te nemen.
