Werk als GZ-psycholoog in een innovatief team dat zich richt op online en hybride specialistische GGZ. Bij Mindway behandel je cliënten met angst-, dwang-, trauma- en depressieve stoornissen en draag je bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van digitale zorg. Jouw expertise, nieuwsgierigheid en ervaring zijn hard nodig.

Wat ga je doen als GZ-psycholoog?

  • Als GZ-psycholoog bij Mindway werk je als regiebehandelaar binnen een hecht multidisciplinair team. Je voert intakes uit, stelt behandelplannen op en geeft uitvoering aan de behandeling.
  • Je behandelt cliënten individueel en werkt onder andere met behandelmethoden als CGT, IPT, ACT, EMDR en SFT light. Ook groepsbehandeling, runningtherapie en farmacotherapie maken onderdeel uit van het behandelaanbod.
  • De behandeling vindt voornamelijk online plaats via beeldbellen en online feedback. De behandelmodules in Minddistrict vormen een belangrijk onderdeel van de behandeling en worden afgestemd op de individuele behoeften van de cliënt. Wanneer dit nodig is, is contact op locatie mogelijk.
  • Je hebt een eigen caseload en werkt nauw samen met andere behandelaren binnen het multidisciplinaire team. Iedere woensdag neem je deel aan het multidisciplinair overleg.
  • Vanuit jouw expertise bied je consultatie en advies aan collega's bij complexe casuïstiek. Ook begeleid je psychologen in opleiding tot GZ-psycholoog en basispsychologen en lever je een actieve bijdrage aan de verdere professionalisering van online en hybride behandelen.
  • Bij GGZ inGeest behandelen we in elk team ook cliënten met trauma, volgens onze visie Trauma Eerst, ook bij comorbiditeit. Wil je je hierin verder verdiepen? Dan kun je deelnemen aan de traumatrein, een intensief behandelprogramma voor cliënten met meervoudig trauma. Collega's uit verschillende teams en clusters werken hierin samen.

Over de afdeling

  • Je komt te werken bij polikliniek Mindway. Mindway biedt online en hybride specialistische GGZ voor volwassenen met angst-, dwang-, trauma- en depressieve stoornissen. We werken geprotocolleerd, maar maken ook ruimte voor maatwerk en kortdurende trajecten.
  • Mindway heeft inmiddels tien jaar ervaring met online behandelen en heeft daardoor veel kennis opgebouwd over digitale zorg. De behandelafspraken vinden voornamelijk plaats via beeldbellen en online feedback. Op indicatie kan behandeling ook op locatie plaatsvinden.
  • Je werkt in een multidisciplinair team met onder andere GZ-psychologen, basispsychologen, verpleegkundig specialisten, psychiaters en opleidelingen. Verbinding en samenwerking staan centraal. Daarnaast biedt Mindway consultatie aan behandelaren die zich verder willen ontwikkelen in online behandelen en werken we samen met andere zorglijnen binnen GGZ inGeest.
  • Er is veel ruimte om mee te denken over innovatie en de verdere ontwikkeling van online en hybride zorg. Je kunt je werk bovendien
  • grotendeels op afstand uitvoeren.

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Je bent een BIG-geregistreerde GZ-psycholoog en hebt affiniteit met online en hybride behandelen.
  • Je vindt het interessant om te werken met verschillende behandelvormen en hebt een brede blik op de behandeling van angst-, dwang-, trauma- en depressieve stoornissen.
  • Je bent nieuwsgierig, werkt graag samen en vindt het leuk om jouw kennis te delen met collega's. Vanuit jouw expertise weet je anderen te adviseren bij complexe casuïstiek en draag je bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van het team.
  • Je staat open voor innovatie en digitale zorg en vindt het leuk om mee te bouwen aan de verdere professionalisering van online behandelen. Ervaring met e-health is mooi meegenomen; als je die ervaring nog niet hebt, is er ruimte om je hierin verder te ontwikkelen.

Ook belangrijk

  • Je bent BIG-geregistreerd als GZ-psycholoog.
  • Je krijgt de mogelijkheid om in te stromen in de opleiding tot klinisch psycholoog.
  • De functie is ingeschaald in FWG 65 conform de cao GGZ.
