Als basisarts bij GGZ inGeest bied je cruciale hulp aan cliënten in acute crisis. Werk in een multidisciplinair team, behandel diverse psychiatrische aandoeningen en draag bij aan het herstel en de stabilisatie van onze cliënten vanuit een cultuurrijke omgeving. Blijf je ontwikkelen bij ons en maak het verschil met jouw passie en kennis.

Passende zorg voor jouw cliënten

  • De kliniek High & Intensive Care is een acute opnameafdeling met 20 opnameplekken, waar cliënten in een ernstige crisis worden opgenomen.
  • Door middel van samenwerking met de cliënt, familie en naasten en de ambulante zorg, wordt gewerkt naar het afwenden van de crisis en een korte opname.
  • Daarbij werk je volgens het HIC-model. Ondanks dat opnames vaak niet vrijwillig zijn wordt er gestreefd naar dwang en drang tot een minimum te beperken.
  • De cliëntenpopulatie is zeer divers en je kunt dan ook cliënten met allerlei soorten psychiatrische ziektebeelden tegenkomen.

Passende werkomgeving voor jou

  • Je voert intake gesprekken, doet medisch-psychiatrische diagnostiek, medicatie consulten en begeleidende contacten.
  • Je stelt behandelindicaties en behandelplannen op in samenspraak met de cliënt en werkt deze uit.
  • Je hebt een eigen caseload en werkt nauw samen met het multidisciplinaire team en verwijzers.
  • Je sluit aan bij het multidisciplinair teamoverleg en behandelplan besprekingen.
  • Je werkt onder supervisie van een psychiater.
  • Je participeert als voorwacht in de crisisdiensten buiten kantoortijden van GGZ inGeest.

Ook belangrijk

  • Je hebt een artsenopleiding voltooid en bent BIG-geregistreerd als basisarts.
  • Je krijgt direct een vast dienstverband.
  • De functie is ingeschaald in FWG 65 cao GGZ.
