GGZ inGeest zoekt een administratief medewerker voor team Behandelondersteuning in de Pijp.

Als backoffice medewerker speel je een sleutelrol op de locatie Van Hilligaertstraat in de Pijp. Dankzij jouw team draait alles op de locatie op rolletjes, zodat specialisten en verpleegkundigen de best mogelijke zorg aan cliënten kunnen verlenen. Je bent praktische zaken altijd één stap voor en je signaleert doorlopend verbeterpunten in de dagelijkse dienstverlening. Zo draag je iedere dag bij aan de beste zorg, zowel voor je collega’s als voor hun cliënten.

Waar ga je werken en wat ga je doen?

  • Je komt te werken in het backoffice team op de locatie Van Hilligaertstraat in de Pijp, maar hebt ook contact met je collega's van andere locaties.
  • Je verleent service en ondersteunt de zorgverleners in secretarieel en administratief werk.
  • Je registreert cliëntcontacten en interne contacten ten behoeve van het patiëntendossier.
  • Je verspreidt caseloadoverzichten voor de zorgverleners.
  • Je opent en sluit zorgtoewijzingen.
  • Je verstuurt uitnodigingsbrieven met afspraken en eventueel bijbehorende intake-pakketten naar cliënten.
  • Je ondersteunt bij het afhandelen van correspondentie, het verwerken van brieven in het elektronisch patiëntendossier (EPD) richting cliënt of verwijzer.
  • Je ondersteunt met planning en agendabeheer in het EPD.
  • Je ondersteunt bij vergaderingen van behandelaren.
  • Je ondersteunt de frontoffice bij complexere vragen.
  • Je belt bij een zieke behandelaar de cliënten af.
  • Je verwerkt de binnenkomende intakeformulieren, vragenlijsten en (digitale) toestemmingsverklaringen.
  • Je ondersteunt bij het beheren van benodigde juridische en medische documenten.

Ook belangrijk

  • Je komt te werken op de backoffice van de locatie Van Hilligaertstraat in de Pijp.
  • Je hebt aantoonbaar werk- en denkniveau op minimaal MBO-3 niveau.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur werkervaring als administratief/secretarieel medewerker in de zorg.
  • De functie is ingeschaald in FWG35. Je salaris hangt samen met je ervaring.
