Wil jij werken in een open klinische setting waar herstelgerichte zorg centraal staat? Voor de Medium Care-afdeling van Amstelmere in Amstelveen zoeken wij een betrokken begeleider of verpleegkundige die samen met cliënten en collega's werkt aan herstel en perspectief.

Waar ga je werken?

De Medium Care van Amstelmere is een open opnameafdeling voor cliënten die tijdelijk intensieve behandeling en begeleiding nodig hebben. In een gastvrije en herstelgerichte omgeving werk je samen met cliënten, hun naasten en een multidisciplinair team aan een zo kort mogelijke en effectieve opname.

Wat ga je doen?

Als begeleider of verpleegkundige bied je structuur, begeleiding en ondersteuning tijdens de opname. Je observeert, signaleert en rapporteert veranderingen en draagt actief bij aan het herstelproces van cliënten.

Daarnaast:

  • Stimuleer je zelfredzaamheid en eigen regie.
  • Stel je begeleidingsplannen op en evalueer je deze.
  • Signaleer je crisissituaties en handel je hierop.
  • Werk je nauw samen met cliënten, naasten en behandelaren.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Een afgeronde mbo-4 opleiding in de zorg.
  • Hbo werk- en denkniveau.
  • Affiniteit met psychiatrie en herstelgerichte zorg.
  • Een zelfstandige, flexibele en teamgerichte houding.
