Als psychiater werk je in een multidisciplinair team en bied je cruciale hulp aan diverse cliënten. Draag bij aan onderzoek, innovatieve behandelingen en beleidsontwikkeling. Samen streven we naar effectieve, persoonlijke en korte behandelingen voor een betere kwaliteit van leven.

Passende zorg voor jouw cliënten

  • Onze kliniek high care is een gesloten afdeling, waar we een diverse cliëntenpopulatie (18 tot 60 jaar) behandelen. De psychiatrische ziektebeelden van onze cliënten variëren sterk, van psychose en bipolaire stoornis tot depressie en gedecompenseerde persoonlijkheidsstoornis.
  • We bieden de juiste ondersteuning op maat. Samen met de cliënt, diens familie en een ambulant team stellen we heldere behandeldoelen en een termijn vast. Ons doel is om effectieve, persoonlijke en korte behandelingen te bieden, zodat de cliënt het leven buiten de kliniek snel weer kan oppakken.
  • Ons multidisciplinaire team bestaat uit verpleegkundigen, psychiaters, artsen, psychologen, maatschappelijk werkers en vaktherapeuten. We hebben uitstekende samenwerkingsverbanden met ziekenhuizen en zorgklinieken in de regio, waardoor we een breed scala aan cliënten kunnen bedienen.

Passende werkomgeving voor jou

  • Als psychiater bij KIC werk je altijd samen. Je werkt nauw samen met het multidisciplinaire team en verwijzers en neemt deel aan teamoverleggen en behandelplan besprekingen.
  • Jouw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten het opstellen en superviseren van behandelplannen, inclusief het voorschrijven en monitoren van medicatie. Samen met de cliënt, betrokken behandelaren en familie geef je vorm aan de behandeling.
  • Je biedt consultatie en advies aan andere teamleden, zoals psychologen, verpleegkundig specialisten, maatschappelijk- en ervaringswerkers, verpleegkundigen en begeleiders, over complexe casussen. Hierbij deel je jouw expertise en ondersteun je bij het implementeren van behandelstrategieën.
  • Binnen GGZ inGeest maak je deel uit van het klinisch team van psychiaters, dat regelmatig bijeen komt om behandelingen en casussen te bespreken. Hierdoor wordt de uitwisseling van ervaring en kennis bevorderd. Daarnaast werken de psychiaters van de klinieken nauw samen en nemen zij elkaars taken waar indien nodig.

  • Je bent twee dagen in de week beschikbaar.
  • Je krijgt direct een vast dienstverband.
  • De functie is ingeschaald in FWG AMS cao GGZ.
