The posting

Als verpleegkundige bij GGZ inGeest werk je op een nieuwe besloten woonafdeling op Westerpoort met volwassenen met een langdurige en ernstige psychiatrische aandoening. Je combineert somatische zorg met begeleiding en draagt bij aan een veilige en stabiele woonomgeving waarin herstel centraal staat.

Over de afdeling

Op Westerpoort realiseren we een besloten woonafdeling voor cliënten met een psychische kwetsbaarheid. Bewoners verblijven hier langere tijd en werken samen met het team aan stabiliteit en herstel op verschillende levensgebieden. We werken herstelgericht volgens de ART-methodiek in een multidisciplinair team. De afdeling is besloten en vraagt om duidelijke kaders, observatievermogen en samenwerking. Veiligheid en relatieopbouw gaan hand in hand. Je komt te werken in een nieuw team dat deze afdeling samen vormgeeft.

Onze locatie ligt in een groene en rustige omgeving waar ruimte is om even op adem te komen. Voor bewoners én medewerkers biedt het groen een waardevolle aanvulling op het dagelijks leven. Even naar buiten voor een wandeling, een gesprek tijdens een rondje of samen de seizoenen ervaren: de natuur ondersteunt zichtbaar het herstelproces en draagt bij aan een stabiele woonomgeving.

Wat ga je doen?

Als verpleegkundige combineer je verpleegkundige zorg met begeleiding en observatie.

Je:

  • observeert het psychisch en somatisch functioneren van bewoners;
  • signaleert veranderingen en handelt bij crisissituaties;
  • voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit;
  • ondersteunt bij stabiliteit, zelfredzaamheid en dagstructuur;
  • stemt zorg af met behandelaren, collega’s en naasten;
  • werkt volgens de ART-methodiek;
  • denkt mee over de ontwikkeling van de afdeling;
  • coördineert de zorg voor een aantal bewoners;
  • levert een inhoudelijke bijdrage aan het zorgbeleid;
  • begeleidt stagiaires en leerlingen.

Wie ben jij?

Je bent een zorgvuldige en betrokken verpleegkundige die rustig blijft in complexe situaties. Je kunt schakelen tussen begeleiding, observatie en verpleegkundige zorg.

Daarnaast:

  • werk je herstelgericht en cliëntgericht;
  • ben je alert op veiligheid en crisissignalering;
  • werk je graag samen in een team dat nog in ontwikkeling is;
  • heb je geduld en een duidelijke houding;
  • vind je het leuk om jouw verpleegkundige kennis te delen met collega’s en leerlingen.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Een afgeronde MBO-4 of HBO-opleiding Verpleegkunde;
  • BIG-registratie;
  • Affiniteit met complexe psychiatrische zorg;
  • Ervaring binnen GGZ of vergelijkbare setting is een pré.
