Als verpleegkundige bij GGZ inGeest werk je altijd samen. Dit doe je op één van onze klinieken. Speel een belangrijke rol binnen het behandelteam. Observeer en signaleer veranderingen en draag bij aan een veilige en steunende omgeving. Samen maken we het verschil voor onze cliënten.

Zorg met Oog voor Jouw Cliënten

Bij de Kliniek Gesloten Ouderen werk je op een acute opname-afdeling met ongeveer 20 opnameplekken, waar we ouderen (65+) met acute psychiatrische problemen opvangen. Denk hierbij aan aandoeningen zoals psychoses, bipolaire stoornissen, depressies en persoonlijkheidsstoornissen. Hier maken we een verschil door de juiste ondersteuning te bieden in een omgeving die gastvrijheid en veiligheid hoog in het vaandel heeft staan.

Samen met de cliënt, hun familie en ons ambulante team, stel je vanaf dag één heldere behandeldoelen en termijnen op. Jouw missie? Zorgen dat onze cliënten precies de zorg krijgen die ze nodig hebben, op een manier die aansluit bij hun persoonlijke behoeften.

Onze kliniek is trots om TOPGGz-gecertificeerd te zijn, wat staat voor de hoogste standaard van gespecialiseerde geestelijke gezondheidszorg. Daarnaast werken we nauw samen met een van de best aangeschreven ECT-afdelingen in Nederland. Onze afdeling loopt voorop in innovatie, onder andere door het uitvoeren van baanbrekend ketamine-onderzoek.

Ons team is veelzijdig en bestaat uit toegewijde verpleegkundigen, begeleiders, psychiaters, artsen, maatschappelijk werkers en vaktherapeuten. We hebben sterke samenwerkingsverbanden met ziekenhuizen en andere zorgklinieken in de regio, wat ons in staat stelt om echt het verschil te maken voor onze cliënten.

Jouw Rol in Ons Team

Als verpleegkundige bij de Kliniek Gesloten Ouderen ben jij een onmisbare schakel in ons team. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's en brengt structuur in de zorg van onze cliënten. Jouw dag bestaat uit observeren, signaleren en begeleiden—altijd met oog voor detail en hart voor de cliënt.

Bij GGZ inGeest streven we naar het herstellen van zelfredzaamheid, zodat cliënten zo zelfstandig mogelijk kunnen deelnemen aan de samenleving. Jij speelt hierin een sleutelrol door samen met het multidisciplinaire team begeleidingsplannen op te stellen, uit te voeren en bij te stellen waar nodig.

Crisissituaties? Jij hebt ze scherp in de gaten en biedt de juiste ondersteuning wanneer dat nodig is. Je coördineert de zorg in nauw overleg met de behandelaars, de cliënt en hun naasten. Ook bied je hulp bij de dagelijkse verzorging en hygiëne, en geef je waardevolle begeleiding aan stagiairs en leerlingen binnen het team.
