Als begeleider bij GGZ inGeest werk je altijd samen. Dit doe je op één van onze klinieken. Speel een belangrijke rol binnen het behandelteam. Observeer en signaleer veranderingen en draag bij aan een veilige en steunende omgeving. Samen maken we het verschil voor onze cliënten.

Passende zorg voor jouw cliënten

  • De kliniek high intensive care is een acute opname-afdeling met ongeveer 20 opnameplekken. We behandelen cliënten tussen de 18 en 60 jaar met een zeer diverse achtergrond en uiteenlopende psychiatrische ziektebeelden, die zich in een ernstige crisis bevinden. Ons doel is om in nauwe samenwerking met de cliënt, hun naasten en de ambulante zorg de crisis af te wenden en te streven naar een kortdurende opname. Hierbij werken we volgens het HIC-model.
  • Hoewel opnames vaak niet vrijwillig zijn, streven we ernaar dwang en drang tot een minimum te beperken. Op de HIC ontwikkelen we diverse behandelprogramma’s en organiseren we groepsgesprekken en herstelgerichte activiteiten.
  • Ons multidisciplinaire team bestaat uit verpleegkundigen, begeleiders, psychiaters, artsen, psychologen, maatschappelijk werkers, vaktherapeuten en ervaringsdeskundigen. We hebben uitstekende samenwerkingsverbanden met ziekenhuizen en andere zorgklinieken.
  • Ons team kenmerkt zich door een open leerklimaat waar veel aandacht is voor feedback, initiatief en intervisie. We bouwen op elkaar en er is ruimte voor plezier en ontspanning.

  • Als begeleider op de kliniek werk je altijd samen. Bij GGZ inGeest biedt je structuur en zorg aan cliënten. Je begeleidt, observeert en signaleert veranderingen in hun fysieke en mentale gesteldheid. Dit doe je niet alleen, maar samen met een multidisciplinair team van regiebehandelaren, verpleegkundigen en begeleiders.
  • Bij GGZ inGeest streven we ernaar cliënten weer naar vermogen mee te laten doen aan de samenleving. Als begeleider draag je hieraan bij door te werken aan de zelfredzaamheid van onze cliënten.
  • Je biedt daarnaast ondersteuning bij de algemene dagelijkse levensverrichtingen (adl), zoals persoonlijke verzorging en hygiëne.
  • Je stelt begeleidingsplannen op, voert ze uit, evalueert en past ze indien nodig aan. Je signaleert crisissituaties en biedt ondersteuning bij interventies. Je stemt de zorg af met het team van behandelaren en coördineert deze in samenspraak met de cliënt en zijn of haar naasten. Daarnaast speel je een actieve rol in het bieden van begeleiding en ondersteuning aan andere teamleden zoals stagiairs en leerlingen.

Ook belangrijk

  • Je hebt een afgeronde opleiding mbo-4 verpleegkunde, sociaal maatschappelijk dienstverlening of hbo verpleegkundige of sociaal pedagogisch hulpverlener.
  • Je krijgt direct een vast dienstverband.
  • De functie is ingeschaald in FWG 40/45/50 cao GGZ.
