Als verpleegkundige bij GGZ inGeest werk je altijd samen. Dit doe je op één van onze klinieken. Speel een belangrijke rol binnen het behandelteam. Observeer en signaleer veranderingen en draag bij aan een veilige en steunende omgeving. Samen maken we het verschil voor onze cliënten.

Passende zorg voor jouw cliënten

  • De Bocholtstraat is een beschermde woonlocatie met plaats voor 48 cliënten. De kliniek staat op een unieke locatie midden in een woonwijk in Amsterdam West.
  • Onze cliëntenpopulatie bestaat uit volwassenen met een brede diversiteit aan achtergronden en psychiatrische ziektebeelden. Wij begeleiden cliënten met ernstige psychiatrische aandoeningen (EPA), vaak in combinatie met verslavingsgevoeligheid, psychose of schizofrenie. De bewoners van de Bocholtstraat hebben langdurige klinische begeleiding nodig tijdens hun herstelproces, maar een gesloten deur is niet noodzakelijk.
  • Ons doel is om samen met de bewoners een veilige, vertrouwde en kleurrijke woonomgeving te creëren. De geboden begeleiding omvat een op maat gemaakt zorg- en leefplan, inclusief een activiteitenprogramma en medicatie. Alle bewoners staan onder behandeling van een van onze FACT-teams.
  • Ons multidisciplinaire team bestaat uit onder anderen begeleiders, verpleegkundigen, activiteitenbegeleiders en maatschappelijk werkers. Samen werken wij aan het welzijn en de ontwikkeling van onze bewoners.

  • Als verpleegkundige op de kliniek werk je altijd samen. Bij GGZ inGeest biedt je structuur en zorg aan cliënten. Je begeleidt, observeert en signaleert veranderingen in hun fysieke en mentale gesteldheid. Dit doe je niet alleen, maar samen met een multidisciplinair team.
  • Bij GGZ inGeest streven we ernaar cliënten weer naar vermogen mee te laten doen aan de samenleving. Als verpleegkundige draag je hieraan bij door te werken aan de zelfredzaamheid van onze cliënten.
  • Je stelt begeleidingsplannen op, voert ze uit, evalueert en past ze indien nodig aan. Je signaleert crisissituaties en biedt ondersteuning bij interventies. Je stemt de zorg af met het team van behandelaren en coördineert deze in samenspraak met de cliënt en zijn of haar naasten. Daarnaast biedt je ondersteuning bij de algemene dagelijkse levensverrichtingen (adl), zoals persoonlijke verzorging en hygiëne.
  • Ook speel je een actieve rol in het bieden van begeleiding en ondersteuning aan andere teamleden zoals stagiairs en leerlingen.

Ook belangrijk

  • Je hebt een afgeronde opleiding mbo-4 verpleegkunde, sociaal maatschappelijk dienstverlening of hbo verpleegkunde of sociaal pedagogisch hulpverlener.
  • Je krijgt direct een vast dienstverband.
  • De functie is ingeschaald in FWG 40/45 cao ggz afhankelijk van opleiding en ervaring
