The posting

Als verpleegkundige bij GGZ inGeest werk je altijd samen. Dit doe je op één van onze klinieken. Speel een belangrijke rol binnen het behandelteam. Observeer en signaleer veranderingen en draag bij aan een veilige en steunende omgeving. Samen maken we het verschil voor onze cliënten.

Passende zorg voor cliënten

  • Je komt te werken op een van onze klinieken in de regio Amsterdam, Haarlem en Bennebroek.
  • De cliëntenpopulatie is zeer divers en je komt allerlei soorten psychiatrische ziektebeelden tegen; van depressie tot verslaving, van manie tot psychose of een combinatie hiervan.
  • In deze functie vorm je samen met een collega een persoonlijk begeleiders duo. Je houdt samen de rode lijn van het behandelplan in de gaten.
  • Elke dag dynamisch; geen cliënt of behandelplan is hetzelfde.
  • Ons multidisciplinaire teams zijn samengesteld uit verpleegkundigen, psychiaters, artsen, psychologen, maatschappelijk werkers en vaktherapeuten.

Passende werkomgeving voor jou

  • Je biedt de cliënt de dagelijkse structuur, algemene dagelijkse levensverrichtingen- (ADL-) en somatische zorg.
  • Je ondersteunt cliënten bij de alledaagse bezigheden, zoals opstaan en persoonlijke verzorging.
  • Je stelt begeleidingsplannen op en levert een bijdrage aan het tot stand komen van het behandelplan.
  • Je voert een deel van de medische handelingen, zoals medicijngebruik en wondzorg, zelf uit.
  • Je hebt een belangrijke taak met betrekking het observeren en signaleren van veranderingen in de lichamelijke en geestelijke toestand van de cliënt.

Ook belangrijk

  • Je gaat werken op een locatie van GGZ inGeest in Amsterdam, Amstelveen, Hoofddorp, Haarlem of Bennebroek.
  • Je hebt een opleiding afgerond MBO-verpleegkunde en BIG registratie.
  • Je krijgt direct een vast dienstverband.
  • De functie is ingeschaald in FWG 40/45, cao GGZ.
