All'interno della Divisione Product Innovation entrerai nel team Purchasing con un ruolo chiave nel garantire la disponibilità dei componenti necessari allo sviluppo dei prodotti, assicurando il miglior equilibrio tra Qualità, Costi, Delivery, Sicurezza, Ambiente e Sostenibilità (QCDMSE). In particolare ti occuperai di: Individuare, qualificare e sviluppare fornitori nazionali e internazionali Negoziare condizioni commerciali e contratti con la supply base Analizzare costi, rischi e opportunità lungo la supply chain (approccio data-driven) Supportare i team di Product Innovation nella definizione delle strategie di sourcing per nuovi prodotti Monitorare le performance dei fornitori e promuovere azioni di miglioramento continuo Garantire il rispetto delle policy aziendali su qualità, sostenibilità, compliance e gestione del rischio Hai queste competenze e caratteristiche? Esperienza (anche minima) nell'utilizzo di sistemi ERP/WMS e strumenti di Business Intelligence Conoscenza dei processi di scouting, audit, valutazione e sviluppo fornitori Capacità di analisi TCO, ROI e costing per supportare decisioni make-or-buy Familiarità con contrattualistica, compliance e normative di fornitura Conoscenza del mercato dei componenti plastici Ottime capacità di negoziazione e comunicazione Forte approccio analitico e orientamento al problem solving Capacità di pianificazione, organizzazione e collaborazione cross-funzionale Resilienza, orientamento agli obiettivi e capacità di sintesi nella preparazione di report decisionali Ambizione e motivazione Inglese fluente Laurea Magistrale in Economia o Ingegneria Orario di lavoro: Full time, 8:00 - 17:00. Offerta Contrattuale: inserimento alle dirette dipendenze dell'Azienda, con contratto a tempo determinato o indeterminato in base all'esperienza maturata; CCNL applicato: Metalmeccanico Industri Retribuzione prevista (RAL): €32.000 - €36.000 lordi annui, commisurata all'esperienza.
