Tus próximos desafíos 🚀

Un/a Product Owner en Global66 es responsable de la administración de los productos a cargo, de la medición del performance y salud de estos. De analizar, evaluar y liderar mejoras alineadas a las estrategia y la organización

Dentro se sus funciones, están:

  1. Entender el modelo de negocio, las fuentes de revenue, costos, y otros driver operacionales, comerciales y normativos para administrar los productos e idear la mejor solución acorde a las restricciones o potenciadores en torno a los objetivos propuestos.
  2. Diagramar y mantener actualizados los flujos funcionales correspondientes al alcance de su células y/o proyecto.
  3. Redactar las HUs correspondientes, manteniendo las buenas prácticas definidas para Jira y generando un Backlog en conjunto con UX, TL, CX y CMs.
  4. Liderar las ceremonias esenciales que permitan bajar la visión de producto y mejorar procesos como Planning, retro y review.
  5. Administrar el Roadmap de la célula tomando en cuenta los distintos insumos: prioridades estratégicas, mejoras de producto evaluadas, incidentes y deuda técnica. Siguiendo nuestro proceso de Roadmap Management y utilizando los artefactos designados para este.
  6. Responsable del performance y administración de los productos a cargo, a través de revisiones periódicas con clientes, de los flujos, puestas en producción, incidentes y requerimientos operacionales que puedan impactar la salud, satisfacción, continuidad de éstos.
  7. Responsable de la definición, administración y dada de baja de proveedores externos de los cuales sea owner

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Egresado de universidades en Ingeniería o carrera a fin.
  • 3 a 5 años de experiencia en productos tecnológicos en roles asociados a Producto.
  • Habilidades de gestión de proyectos: Documentación, seguimiento, etc.
  • Data driven, capaz de entender, definir y calcular métricas a partir de data no procesada. Uso de herramientas como SQL, Python, Tableau y cualquier plataforma de visualización de datos.
  • Entendimiento de cohorts, segmentación y análisis de data estructurada y no estructurada para la toma de decisiones.
