Ébéniste Senior – Ébénisterie architecturale haut de gamme

Lieu : Boiseries Perfectart Inc. | 1775, rue Lavoisier, Sainte-Julie, QC (Travail sur place à l'atelier)

Horaire : Temps plein, permanent (40 h/semaine) | Lundi au vendredi, de 7 h 30 à 15 h 30

Salaire : 30 $ à 35 $+ / heure (selon expérience) + Prime de signature de 5 000 $

Perfectart, spécialiste de l'ébénisterie architecturale et du mobilier commercial haut de gamme en Amérique du Nord, t'invite à rejoindre son équipe à titre d'ébéniste senior.

Ton rôle : Créer l'exception et bâtir l'avenir

Ce poste ne se limite pas à fabriquer des pièces d'exception. C'est une véritable occasion de laisser ta marque en façonnant la prochaine génération d'ébénistes de l'atelier. Ton savoir-faire ne restera pas seulement dans tes pièces : il vivra dans le travail de toute l'équipe.

  • Fabrication d'excellence : Prendre en charge l'usinage conventionnel, la préparation et l'assemblage de meubles commerciaux et d'agencements sur mesure haut de gamme.
  • Lecture de plans : Interpréter avec précision les plans techniques 3D et les devis émis par notre bureau d'ingénierie.
  • Maîtrise multi-matériaux : Travailler le bois et ses dérivés (contreplaqué, panneaux), tout en y intégrant des matériaux complexes (métal, laiton, verre, marbre, éclairage intégré).
  • Contrôle qualité absolu : Vérifier rigoureusement la qualité de chaque composante à chaque étape de l'assemblage, car dans le luxe, chaque détail compte.
  • Mentorat et leadership : Être la référence de l'équipe. Transmettre ton savoir-faire, conseiller les ébénistes juniors, et mettre en place un programme de formation pour développer les meilleures techniques de montage de l'atel

Ton profil

  • Formation : DEP ou DEC en ébénisterie, en technique du meuble ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Expérience : Au moins 5 ans d'expérience en ébénisterie sur mesure, en transformation du bois ou en agencement haut de gamme.
  • Savoir-faire technique : Excellente capacité de lecture de plans, grande habileté manuelle, et maîtrise des assemblages complexes.
  • Savoir-être : Minutieux·euse, autonome, doté·e d'une excellente capacité de concentration et d'un bon esprit d'analyse. Tu as le souci du détail et tu prends plaisir à encadrer tes collègues.
  • Note : La présentation d'un portfolio (photos de tes réalisations antérieures) est obligatoire pour démontrer ton expertise.
