Les Soudures St-Denis inc. recherche un dessinateur mécanique expérimenté, capable de prendre en charge un projet de la prise de mesures jusqu’à la fabrication. Vos missions consisteront à réaliser les relevés techniques, la conception, la modélisation, les dessins de fabrication, les listes de matériel et la programmation des équipements de découpe numérique.

Principales responsabilités

  • Effectuer des relevés techniques et prendre des mesures précises en usine, chez les clients ou sur les chantiers.
  • Réaliser les croquis de relevés nécessaires à la conception, à la reproduction ou à la modification de pièces et d’équipements.
  • Concevoir et modéliser des projets mécano-soudés avec SolidWorks.
  • Produire les dessins de fabrication, d’assemblage et d’installation.
  • Préparer les nomenclatures (BOM), les listes de matériel, les listes de coupe et les dossiers complets destinés à l’atelier.
  • Programmer les équipements de découpe numérique, notamment le plasma CNC, l’oxycoupage et le sciage.
  • Produire les fichiers DXF, CNC et les autres fichiers numériques nécessaires à la production.
  • Effectuer l’imbrication des pièces (nesting) afin d’optimiser l’utilisation des matériaux.
  • Assurer la concordance entre les dessins, les listes de matériel, les listes de coupe et les programmes CNC.
  • Fournir un soutien technique à l’atelier durant la fabrication et participer à l’amélioration des méthodes de production.

Qualifications recherchées

  • DEC en génie mécanique, dessin industriel ou formation équivalente.
  • De 3 à 5 années d’expérience dans un poste similaire.
  • Maîtrise de SolidWorks.
  • Expérience en fabrication mécano-soudée.
  • Bonne compréhension des procédés de fabrication, de soudage, d’assemblage et de découpe CNC.
  • Capacité à effectuer des relevés précis et à transférer les mesures dans les dessins et les modèles 3D.
  • Capacité à travailler de façon autonome et à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément.

  • Rigueur, minutie et souci du détail.
  • Bon sens de l’organisation, capacité d’analyse et résolution de problèmes.
  • Facilité à collaborer avec les équipes de production.
