Comment contribuerez-vous à la vision globale?

Joignez-vous à l’équipe Qualité de l’usine de Granby à titre de spécialiste assurance qualité. Vous agirez comme personne-ressource pour les processus récurrents de qualité et de sécurité alimentaire, tout en collaborant étroitement avec les opérations afin d’assurer la conformité, prévenir les incidents et soutenir l’amélioration continue.

Nous recherchons deux spécialistes assurance qualité : un poste de nuit à 4 nuits/semaine du Lundi au Jeudi (23 h 30 - 7 h 30) et un poste de soir à 5 soirs/semaine du Lundi au Vendredi (15 h 30 - 23 h 30).

Qu'allez-vous faire?

  • Diriger les activités récurrentes de vérification qualité, incluant les plans d’échantillonnage, les contrôles de spécifications, les évaluations sensorielles et le suivi de stabilité des produits.
  • Réaliser des analyses plus complexes (microbiologiques ou analytiques) et soutenir les techniciens dans l’exécution des activités de routine.
  • Assurer le suivi des programmes de sécurité alimentaire, notamment les vérifications sanitaires, les audits d’hygiène, les contrôles allergènes et la surveillance environnementale.
  • Prendre en charge les non-conformités du quart de travail en participant aux enquêtes, à l’élaboration des plans d’action et à la validation des mesures correctives.
  • Analyser les résultats, identifier les tendances et recommander des améliorations ciblées aux équipes Qualité et Opérations.
  • Maintenir une documentation complète et conforme des dossiers qualité, laboratoire et sécurité alimentaire.
  • Représenter le département Qualité lors des rencontres quotidiennes de production, offrir un soutien technique à l’usine, participer à la formation des employés et réaliser des audits internes.

Profil

  • Minimum d’une (1) année d’expérience pertinente en assurance qualité, sécurité alimentaire, fabrication alimentaire, laboratoire ou domaine connexe.
  • DEC en diététique, transformation des aliments, génie industriel ou dans un domaine connexe pertinent.
  • Bonne connaissance des normes de salubrité alimentaire, notamment HACCP et les Bonnes pratiques de fabrication (BPF); la connaissance de SQF constitue un atout.
  • Excellentes habiletés de communication et forte capacité à collaborer avec les équipes des opérations.
  • Sens de l’organisation, autonomie, rigueur et capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités.
  • Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office; la connaissance de SAP et de la gestion documentaire est considérée comme un atout.
