Votre quotidien avec nous

  • Être la voix accueillante de l'entreprise et répondre avec le sourire aux appels téléphoniques de nos clients.
  • Procéder à l’enregistrement et à la facturation des ententes d’inspection directement sur le logiciel Acomba.
  • Saisir et suivre les réquisitions de travail des techniciens dans notre base de données.
  • Vérifier et traiter sur Excel les rapports d’inspection remis par les techniciens, puis les transmettre aux clients.
  • Traiter et transmettre efficacement les feuilles de temps de l'équipe.
  • Classer et structurer rigoureusement les documents traités pour garantir un suivi fluide à toute l'équipe.

Ce que vous apportez dans tes bagages

  • Formation et expérience : DEP en secrétariat ou en administration. Minimum de 2 à 3 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire d'adjointe ou d'adjoint administratif.
  • Maîtrise d'Excel : Aisance avec la gestion des données (lignes, colonnes, mises en page), la saisie minutieuse et l'utilisation de macros de base pour l'exécution des rapports.
  • Vos forces : Souci du détail, rigueur et excellent esprit d'équipe.
  • Le petit plus : Connaissance du logiciel Acomba ou d'une base de données.

  • Horaire avantageux : Du lundi au jeudi : 8h00 à 16h30 / Vendredi : 8h00 à 12h00 (tous tes vendredis après-midi libres !).

  • Assurances collectives (Vie - Soins paramédicaux) : Payées à 60 % par l'employeur.
  • Congés et vacances : Vacances équivalentes à 4 % du salaire annuel, minimum 1 semaine de congé au mois juillet dès la première année et bonification des fériés pendant la période des Fêtes
