Estamos com uma oportunidade para uma empresa referência no segmento de saúde animal. Buscamos um profissional responsável, dedicado e proativo para atuar na pesquisa e desenvolvimento de formulações, transposição de escala e melhoria contínua de processos farmacêuticos. Se você possui sólida vivência em rotina de laboratório de P&D sob normas BPF/BPL e legislações aplicáveis, venha fazer parte do nosso time!

O DESAFIO:

Atuar no desenvolvimento de novos medicamentos e produtos de higiene veterinária, bem como em adequações de fórmulas existentes, conduzindo estudos de bancada e escala industrial, definição de insumos e acompanhamento de estudos de estabilidade físico-química e microbiológica.

PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES:

  • Desenvolvimento & Formulação: Desenvolver novos medicamentos veterinários, produtos de higiene e promover adequações em fórmulas existentes, identificando os melhores excipientes.
  • Escala & Processos: Elaborar e conduzir estudos em escala de bancada e industrial, desenvolvendo processos produtivos e definindo sistemas/elementos filtrantes para os produtos.
  • Estudos de Estabilidade: Planejar, acompanhar e interpretar estudos de estabilidade físico-químicos e microbiológicos, discutindo resultados e apresentando soluções com a equipe e gerência.
  • Documentação Técnica: Elaborar relatórios, Procedimentos Operacionais Padrão (POPs), ordens de produção e especificações técnicas de produtos, matérias-primas e materiais de embalagem.
  • Gestão de Custos & Insumos: Orçar matérias-primas e insumos de laboratório, solicitar análises econômicas de custos de formulações experimentais e controlar orçamentos dos projetos.
  • Interface & Suporte Operacional: Interagir com a área de Produção para melhorias de processos, prospectar novos fornecedores, participar de reuniões técnicas e acompanhar prestadores de serviço de manutenção, qualificação e calibração de equipamentos do laboratório.

PERFIL DESEJADO:

Formação Acadêmica: Ensino Superior Completo em Farmácia.

Experiência Requerida:

  • Desenvolvimento de medicamentos nas formas farmacêuticas líquidas, semissólidas e sólidas.
  • Conhecimento em estudos de transposição de escala e processos produtivos industriais.
  • Condução e interpretação de estudos de estabilidade de medicamentos.
  • Vivência em rotina de laboratório de P&D sob diretrizes de BPL, BPF e regulamentações do MAPA e ANVISA.
