RESPONSABILIDADES — ROTINAS CONTÁBEIS

· Realizar lançamentos e classificações contábeis; · Efetuar conciliações contábeis e bancárias; · Realizar integrações e conferências de lançamentos contábeis; · Auxiliar na elaboração de balancetes e no fechamento contábil mensal; · Apoiar na elaboração e conferência de obrigações acessórias contábeis; · Identificar divergências, inconsistências e pendências nos registros contábeis; · Organizar documentos e acompanhar as demandas da carteira de clientes; · Garantir o cumprimento dos prazos e a qualidade das informações contábeis; · Apoiar nas demais rotinas do setor Contábil.

REQUISITOS

· Formação técnica ou superior em Ciências Contábeis, ou estar cursando Ciências Contábeis; · Experiência prática na área contábil, preferencialmente em escritório contábil; · Conhecimento em lançamentos, classificações e conciliações contábeis; · Noções de fechamento contábil mensal e elaboração de balancetes; · Organização, atenção aos detalhes e responsabilidade com prazos; · Capacidade de identificar inconsistências e acompanhar pendências; · Autonomia compatível com as responsabilidades do cargo.

DIFERENCIAL

· Conhecimento no Sistema Domínio — Thomson Reuters; · Experiência com integrações entre os módulos Fiscal, Folha de Pagamento e Contábil; · Conhecimento em obrigações acessórias contábeis, especialmente ECD e ECF; · Experiência com empresas do Simples Nacional e Lucro Presumido; · Conhecimento em Excel.
