La mission du Groupe ESSA est d’offrir à ses clients un service d’entretien de terrain complet, fiable, courtois et compétitif, grâce au professionnalisme de ses équipes. Nous accordons une grande importance aux valeurs personnelles, au savoir-vivre et à l’attitude au travail.

Ton quotidien ressemblera à :

Période estivale (Fin de saison de tonte) :

  • Opérer des tondeuses (poussées, tractées) selon la surface du terrain.
  • Effectuer la finition à l’aide d’un coupe-bordure autour des arbres, clôtures, plates-bandes et bordures.
  • Nettoyer les entrées, trottoirs et patios à l’aide d’un souffleur afin d’enlever les débris de tonte.
  • Effectuer l’entretien de base des équipements (vérification de l’huile, de l’essence et nettoyage sommaire).
  • Ramasser et disposer des résidus de gazon ou pratiquer l’herbicyclage selon les consignes.

Saison hivernale (Déneigement) – Volets disponibles selon ton profil :

  • Déneigement Manuel (Résidentiel & Commercial) : Effectuer le déneigement des entrées piétonnières, trottoirs, passages et accès de commerces, condos ou résidences dans un secteur attribué.
  • Opérateur de chargeur sur roues (Commercial) : Responsable du déneigement des stationnements de commerces, condos et immeubles.
  • Opérateur de déneigement (Résidentiel) : Responsable du déneigement des entrées de voitures résidentielles à l'aide d'équipements spécialisés.

Le profil recherché :

  • Capacité à effectuer un travail physique soutenu à l’extérieur (beau temps, mauvais temps).
  • Permis de conduire classe 5 valide (exigé pour les postes d'opérateurs).
  • Ponctualité, fiabilité, attention aux détails et bons réflexes.
  • Esprit d’équipe, courtoisie et bon sens du service à la clientèle.
  • Capacité à se déplacer de manière autonome au travail.

Horaires de travail :

  • Été : 35h à 40 h / semaine, avec possibilité d'horaire comprimé sur 4 jours!
  • Hiver : Sur appel selon les tempêtes, avec heures garanties possibles selon l'expérience et le poste (entre 15 h et 40 h / semaine).
