DroneXperts est présentement à la recherche d’un.e Technicien.e comptable et à l'administration pour nous accompagner dans notre croissance. En tant que Technicien comptable et à l'administration tu auras comme principale mission de veiller sur la santé financière de l’entreprise. Tu auras donc à ta charge plusieurs tâches clés du département de la comptabilité.

Responsabilités clés

  • Procéder à la saisie des comptes fournisseurs ;
  • Effectuer le traitement de la paie ;
  • Assurer la compilation des cartes de crédit et des comptes de dépenses ;
  • Effectuer le suivi des comptes clients ;
  • Préparer et envoyer la balance des âges clients aux départements des ventes ;
  • Effectuer la conciliation des dépôts client ;
  • Gérer la boîte courriel de la comptabilité ;
  • Procéder à la validation comptable des expéditions à effectuer ;
  • Créer les factures clients et les envoyer ;
  • Être en charge de l’analyse et des validations pour les demandes d’ouverture de compte client ;
  • Faire la saisie des états financiers ;
  • Faire le décompte de la petite caisse mensuellement ;
  • Compléter tout type de documents administratifs pouvant être demandé par la haute direction ;
  • Toute autre tâche où ton expertise pourrait être mise à profit.

Connaissances et formation

  • 3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans un rôle similaire ;
  • Une excellente capacité à communiquer autant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit ;
  • Un niveau d’anglais intermédiaire;
  • Une excellente gestion des priorités ;
  • Une bonne autonomie ;
  • Une excellente organisation et planification ;
  • Une bonne capacité d’analyse et de minutie ;
  • Un bon esprit d’équipe car ici l’entraide est une de nos valeurs fondamentales ;
  • Une aisance avec un outil comptable ;
  • Facilité à travailler avec la Suite Office ;
